Joined this site years ago completely forgot about it and kept getting emails about free spins and promotions so one day I deposited was up and down but took a loss not a massive one then I put on again and just won what I put on anyways I didn’t put on again I put on this week ( since changed banks and closed the other down ) I deposited with my new card put on and won some money tried to withdraw it but said I had to withdraw to my other card that no longer have message the chat team that stated I had to get a letter stating the old bank is closed!? On any other website you can withdraw to the last deposited!? I stated I have a email witch the bank sent regarding the closed again no longer being active but apparently that’s not good enough it has to be a letter stating the bank is closed going to and from them is crazy….

Opened account two years ago; when I asked to increase my loss limit, was told an email would be sent with their requirements but nothing arrived, so I did not use the site then. My opinion casino paying out but takes time fortunately also stressful

I've been playing here for a while.

I've had several smaller withdrawals made successfully. In total I've withdrawn around £1.6k without hitch.

But was surprised when I was suddenly asked for more documentation and proof that I have the debit card when making a larger £4k withdrawal - despite using said card, unchallanged, depositing around £4k over the last 12 months.

Instead of making the process easy I'm left in limbo awaiting an email that should come in 24hours (like how can it take that long to look at a photo) and I have to wait to see if they reject the photo and with the weekend coming up, and going by other peoples reviews, it's unlikely I'll see this money any time soon.

Wish there was a way to speed up the process.

I have waited two months for my withdraw and nothing has happened. They keep sending automated responses saying everything has been sent for processing. This is an extremely fraudulent and frustrating platform that should not be allowed to operate.
