The integration done by the Magestore team was ok. What can be improved: as a beginner, I would have appreciated more help configuring printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers (ready-to-use solution), barcode impressions (hard to configure), gift card (our salesperson need to go to the backend of Magento to find the gift code when a customer buy one, translation for gift cards on the website were missing, gift card impression should be on a standard format page so customer can easily print it), customize delivery method require to customise development to be implemented, no gift receipt.

Magestore solution is perfect for us! It is functional, precise and easy. We are using it for more than 1 year now and so far it meets all our expectations. It works very well with Magento 2 and once all settings were done it works smoothly. There are yet some functions to be discovered, but with great support of magestore team i am sure there wont be any problems. The support team is really helpful and fast.

Magestore implemented a POS and Online Orders for our Staff Shop. Their team are very knowledgeable and experienced with their product, quick to respond and extremely helpful. We had some customisations to introduce Staff Allowance, plus Sales Order and Stock integration with our ERP system. Although we have some issues still to resolve, these are difficult to diagnose due to the number of internal support teams involved within our own organisation and do not reflect on Magestore support which is always available, responsive, and reasonably priced. Magestore should be high on your list if you're planning a Magento implementation.

We have to add news to our case with Magestore and would like to change review rating from 21th Dec 2021. Because of no possibility to regain access to used account, we have to write this new review.
Magestore, especially Mike, Jessie and Piu, just made an effort to make us happy again and to solve every bug we reported. Even we had some UX requirements communicated very late, they have made just for us an individual package. After sale support is very good, even it's tough at the beginning.
If all requirements and stakeholders are known from beginning, I can imagine that work with Magestore is great. With SLACK group they provide and possibility for escalations you always know what actually is going on.
We can recommend Magestore as POS Add-On for Magento 2 to everyone. Especially V2 Version looks great and has even more possibilities like user behavior tracking and so on..

I can't believe that excellent rated experiences with Magestore are real. This is just not possible and seems to be bought by Magestore to look serious. Even we have a SLACK group with nine Magestore employees there are no answers for days/weeks/months, they just talk arround the problem or provide overpriced and not necessary extenstions when something basic is not included in their software. After refund-warranty expiration you can forget to be "supported" (if you even can call that support) for free - there will be plenty software they don't support anymore after guarantee-expiration and new warranty-subscriptions have to be paied. So if you want to get a non functional, most bugged and not supported POS software, just get Magestore.

After using magestore for m1 and having no issues with their service or support i found in m2 they had switched to omni channel so i chose to use a different solution, however at 2.4 i find the other company wouldnt support me or fix the issues so i have returned to magestore, they have been very good with communication with me, my stage server is working 100 percent and they are working quickly on some unique customisations i requested, all in all everything has been great so far, theres a bit of a timezone lag but they are actually working faster than i can keep up
