We were looking for a POS solution for our business that is already integrated and ready to work with Magneto. We were doing a lot of research trying to find the best solution for us that will be quick and easy to use and to be honest there were not many options out there except for Magestore. The POS system that they offer is very user friendly and simple to use, works right out of the box and solved all the requirements we had. Furthermore after integration we had some additional requirements and problems to resolve and Magestore was there for us, working hand by hand and in a professional way. We are very pleased with their service, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to integrate a POS system with their store.

Magestore POS is a really good solution if you have Magento running and need a POS solution for it. The Magento ecosystem has its own quirks and problems, which may not be for everyone, but Magestore support is really helpful to not only provide a fully featured software package, but to assist the customer with every problem they might be facing, and to make sure the customer needs are fully met. They might even be doing custom code if you're willing to pay for it. Magestore is doing a great job at providing exceptional support. Just make sure you're communicating on the Slack channel they provide, and you will be happy with short response times and a very friendly and supportive staff. Their business analyst Sarah Dinh is always so friendly and happy, while at the same time being very competent and professional and making sure we actually get what we need. It's a pleasure to work with her!

Throughout the process of transitioning over to Magestore from our previous POS system we have found their colleagues to be both knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly helpful. Our sales team have received this change well as this POS has streamlined our checkout process considerably.

We use the Magestore POS and it has been brilliant for us. We have a fairly heavily customised Magento store and there were a few minor issues during installation and setup but the support team and particularly Luna were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any issues. The POS is running great now and would highly recommend the Magestore guys.

Responsive and flexible service. We have been working with them for almost 3 years now on a tricky project, and since we got a new account manager we are very satisfied with their service.

We used Magestore as our POS on M1 for several years. When it came time to have a multiple warehouse setup and better CRM tools, we had to upgrade to M2 to access Magestore's new features. The migration process was a bit challenging because Amasty wouldn't provide sufficient access to their production environment, but Magestore did their best dealing with constraints. They went above and beyond in helping to resolve issues that were not a result of their module. We'll be purchasing their extended support package for sure.

We've been dealing with for years. They have a good product.

However their service is very hit and miss. I guess it all depends on who your rep is. More often than not lately I have to wait days to get an answer - and that's after chasing/reminding them about issues/questions I have.

Quoting for special projects can also be challenging... Again, chasing, waiting, chasing some more and then being quoted a ridiculous price at times (other times okay).

Edit: They have made an effort to improve their service which is appreciated. Please keep it up.

Very good service, able to answer any questions without shifting the blame. Being able to quickly solve problems in emergency situations is worth praising.
