They take your money and refuse to ship. No updates on shipping date, nothing. Rude customer service and mostly no replies at all. It is astonishing that a company like this is still in business.

Very bad customer service. Waiting for the order since December 07,2017
No information about status of my order. Ignoring my e-mail completely tracking number does not work in the USA.
Rude people who charged my cc same day of ordering and forgot about my order. I would recommend not to have any ordering with this magando team.

I ordered a brow pencil on the Magando site (for which I paid 40 chf) and it arrived broken.
After a month of not receiving items ordered and paid for at the magando.ch site, I inquired about the order status. Magando replied as follows "The products you have ordered are not in stock and the delivery time is unknown. We do not have any information when the products arrive."
So, if you would like to receive your orders within a reasonable time, or at least know when to expect what you have already paid for, then I suggest you do not order from Magando.
+ Very prompt delivery; I got my products after 2 days.
+ They accept PayPal.
