Positive experience

I bought a 50m roll of Pond Liner EPDM from Qindoa Werun in Dec 2025. It aparently arrived in the port of my city 2 months ago. Despite every effort, I have not been able to arrange to pick up the product. I got a phone number of the local shipping agent which they never answer. I got a text from that number but when I have responded they have not responded. If i can't arrange to pick up my product this is a completely failed transaction which cost me $1,000USD.

Tried to buy a battery cost £2.00 but postage was £150.00. another "Ali Express" or "Temu" site.

Awful experience. Purchased a lymphatic machine from newbelle technology. Was assured everything would be fine, after all it’s a legitimate app. It’s 3 weeks no confirmation of payment. No responses when querying with the app itself. So unfair. Will never use this app again . It’s a fishy shopping network. why not go directly to the route of payment instead of requesting information knowing the consumer could be cheated.

They have lots of vendors with very competitive prices. It’s easy to find whatever you need but contacting and ordering from over their app can be difficult at first. Otherwise, I have never had an issue and have made many successful transactions. Highly recommended.

MadeinChina definitely became a safe harbor for scammers. I submitted a complaint and received a number in my email that says "access and edit" your complaint. Guess what? I can't edit it. The app is a fiasco. The whole platform is a fiasco and the scammers know about that. China evolved super quickly and the scammers as well. But this app haven't evolved at all. Everything is archaic and rudimental and all the people who are expelled or banned from serious platforms are all operating in MadeinChina. I also thought I had an unlucky experience and keep trying and the bad experiences just increased till now, of course, be finally scammed. Don't do what I did. This platform is really bad and you can lose a lot of money. There is no security. There is a scheme that always benefits the scammer. Don't you believe? Then try yourself.

I’m really impressed with the Made in China app. The platform is easy to use and it makes finding reliable suppliers much simpler than I expected. The product listings are detailed and the communication tools are very helpful when discussing orders or specifications.

What I appreciate the most is the buyer support. Whenever I had a question, the support team responded quickly and helped me resolve issues in a very professional way. It gave me a lot of confidence when placing orders.

Overall, it’s a great app for sourcing products. I’m very happy with the service and especially with the attention they give to buyers. Highly recommended!

Product is good. Interaction and feedback from agent was excellent. Service was good. Only the payment system i battled with a little. Happy overall.

Made in China is fantastic for connecting our brand to manufacturers and makes the whole experience extremely easy to navigate.

Shipping costs could be revised though as sometimes the shipping is more expensive than the products themselves
