Curry dips missing

I bought a sharing at Eastbourne Mcdonald's (3 curry dips). When I got on the train back. I notice the dips where missing, which annoying. I couldn't go back for them, because it was Christmas eve, & I had a long jouney home. (Where train finish early)!

McDonalds in Noble, OK

We entered the McDonalds in Noble, OK, and it was not busy inside. The order was completed at the counter at Noon. 25 minutes later, we were still waiting. I went to the counter to get a refund and the counter person said I would have to wait for a manager. About 5 minutes later a manager came and asked what he could do for me and I explained how long I had been waiting and just wanted my money refunded. He said to hold on and left. About a minute later he returned with my order. I said I just wanted my money back and he replied, “there’s your meal” and left again. We went to a table and tried to eat the cold, greasy burger and cold fries. I did not want to get into it with the manager, so we just trashed our meal into the waist bin and left. The meal was just not worth eating or standing by to insist on a refund. I complained to the corporate phone number, and they said I must contact the restaurant manager directly. I explained this already to the person and they said this was the only option. I won’t be back.

McDonald’s Peniston Road Sheffield I…

McDonald’s Peniston Road Sheffield I have just experienced the worst coffee in my life. The service was very good but the coffee was like baby milk. I ordered just a white coffee. Had to pour it away. Was very disappointed being going there for a few years.
It is the 22nd of December stay clear of this McDonald’s if you want coffee

The amount of disrespect…

I Disturbed me the most is the amount of racism that your employees have at the McDonald's in Cincinnati the east side of Cincinnati on beechmont Avenue towards Anderson township it is sick it is disgusting this poor little African-American lady stood there with her walker for I know over 30 minutes waiting to order they kept telling her the kiosk machine is behind you go order there while taking all the orders from all the white folks remind you I'm white or Caucasian also so I so gently went up to the lady and I said ma'am what are you trying to order she said honey I don't have much but all I need is a cheeseburger that'll get me by I can make that last all day so I took it upon myself to order her two cheeseburgers the lady behind the register said if I'm ordering for the lady in the rags don't bother I was appalled I took the lady out to my car took her to Applebee's where we had our lunch I will never and everybody I know will never enter another McDonald's a day of my life they need shut down they need an overhaul from the very top and that store to the very bottom.

They completely changed everything from…

They completely changed everything from a few months ago, staff is super polite and very nice. Get things done. Don't argue. Food has been great. They do get overwhelmed with little staff but they get it done, Even if it might take a Little while. That's not anyone's fault. Haven't had any issues!

Black ruksak stolen upstairs. Between 1700-1715 - Guy with 4 grandkids.

Eye witness says it was Lady Cleaning tables that stole it, she says no, staff refuse to review CCTV , police not interested

Chocolate biscuit mcflurry

Just had a brownie McFlurry and to be honest, I was very disappointed as it had chunks of brown biscuit rather than a cake texture, how is that a brownie? Should be called a chocolate biscuit McFlurry

If I could give a zero I would!
McDonald’s Milford Haven, Pembs, you have once again excelled yourselves.
Queue of 8 car, placed my order, eventually drove to the window to pay. No one there, sat for a few minutes and the cars in front of me had driven off so I drove to the next window only to be told they were short staffed and I’d have to drive around again to pay!! As you can imagine, that was not going to happen & I drove off.
This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this store & won’t be bothering again!

Strict rules on kids' games.

Me and my friends are students. We were enjoying a joyful game of Uno Flip while we waited for our Mcflurry to arrive. As we were playing, a member of staff came over to us. She said "Put those cards away! That's a sign of gambling!' Bear in mind, that we were playing UNO FLIP which is suitable for children aged 7 plus! We then spent the rest of our visit being gloomy. After all, we were only trying to have a little fun! This was at the McDonalds in Carlisle town centre.

Ordered from Huddersfield town centre McDonald’s to be delivered. Food took an hour to arrive and was freezing cold and stale, not even slightly warm. As per usual no recourse or refund for below par food

MacDonald at causeway point the manager…

MacDonald at causeway point the manager and supervisor very rude. I ask to change the toy and the supervisor refuse. I had been to many MacDonald all staffs happily let me change toy when i request. Also once I ate in that branch the supervisor scold me for not clean the spill on the table. I thot I only need to remove the paper cup etc , didn’t know I have to clean the table. I hate to go that MacDonald but sometimes no choice if my customers request meet there. I hope they do something about it. The supervisors and managers are Malay lady and not even customer service train to talk properly . Sad

No accountability for stone cold food no refund nothing !

Downloaded the app and made an order for £51 …. Delivery was via UBER …. I was not just disappointed i was disgusted none of the food was even slightly warm it was ALL literally stone cold.
Inedible.
I got back on the app to complain and apart from it taking 20 minutes to get through to an agent it’s not a McDonalds agent it’s an UBER agent - there is NO way to raise a complaint with McDonalds it has to go via Uber …. The uber agent said they understand i am disappointed but the food was delivered within a time that was acceptable and so no refund would be given !!!
Regardless of the delivery time the food was too cold to eat it was horrible …. So McDonalds needs to be accountable for the cold food and i 100% should have been refunded !!
It’s ridiculous that Uber are handling McDonalds customer service issues wether it was Ubers fault or McDonalds the fact is i paid a lot of money for food that should have been delivered at a temperature it could be eaten at - I’m so angry !!!
