Terrible - Northwich McDonalds drive thru reaches new low.
Terrible - just terrible. Not only could they not muster up one single Bacon and Egg McMuffin in nearly twenty minutes, when asking for a refund the floor manager grunts "what do you want?" I couldn't even be bothered. You can keep the couple of quid - based on the quality of service, you obviously need it.

Placed an online order through the mobile app for a sausage egg McMuffin at 10:51 am and ordered a Carmel frappe used 4500 points that were added to mobile order. Total was 5.41 and immediately billed to card in file. Arrived at 11:01 to pick up order and was told it would not be able to be completed because it was past breakfast time. I then asked for order to be cancelled. I drove back around and requested a receipt but was told they could not give me a receipt. I went home and called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The person who answered claimed to be a manager and said her name was Kimberly. She was a bit condescending, did not validate my issue and adamantly continued to state it was policy of McDonalds. She indicated she could not fulfill the order because I arrived after breakfast was being served, she claimed order is not even started until customer arrives to the store. I am very familiar with the fast food industry. Anyway all of it was completed online before end of breakfast time and payment was handled as well as my code given that I wanted to use
2) they refused to cancel order indicating they were not able to cancel on their end thats false! They claimed I could cancel and it would be refunded within 15 minutes. I cx it says 1-7 business days! Totally inappropriate 3) they failed to provide receipt upon request. You should always be fulfilling the order if it comes in before end of that time especially if still advertising it and if youre not going to say no longer accepting orders for breakfast! Totally disappointed!

Have now tried to get this rectified and NONE of the complaint or reporting systems are able to deal with my request. I even went to the store and again, no hope of getting it sorted.
Never ever use the McDonalds App... it'll take your money and you won't get what you paid for!!!!

Started off all ok food was fast and hot however I was fast put off the food when a member of staff who I will ad was on there break stood up and thought I was ok to put his hand down the back of his trousers scratch his arse then stiff his hand. Then again do the same 5 minutes later and looking at his finger nails.
Spoken to the manager and he did nothing! I even said to tell him go wash his hands before he comes back on to shift.
Then to finish it off said member of staff finished his food picked up his serviettes and placed them back in the dispenser

I phoned up after providing feedback on apt longggggg survey, im allowed to drive all the way back at some point for a refund, as the call also like the initial speak about milkshakes no manners at all, im hoping it wasn't a sigh I heard, but go all the way back for a refund, no, head office call thanks. A manager being like that I ain't interested, they simply can't "Manage" clearly

McDonalds must make millions and millions around the world yet they continue to raise their prices to a ridiculous level. They are now charging 1.00 for a dip. So 4 dips for 20 nuggets is now 9.99 because 4 pounds are charged just for the dips. How mean can you get? Then they charge for a service fee and another fee on top of that. The order often comes cold no ice in drinks waiting for ages and wrong orders delivered and they charge for service!!
