This is not the first time,
This is not the first time,
I get my food and while driving away I eat a French fry from my daughter's overpriced happy meal, and it was cold. Mind you there is only 5 frys anyways .. I have boycotted McDonald's for years, and decided to give it another chance. Quickly remembering why, not only the cold frys, the lack of frys, my burger was pink, and we got no napkins..

I have been ordering Takeaway to go here.
They can't count, 20 nuggets only 18 in the box. Fries old and stale. Another time sooo salty that I have to wipe each chip with a napkin. Ordered coke on two separate times. First time had an old fruity strawberry taste, second time flat and barely and coke taste. Staff so uninterested. Waited 15 mins for a order of a Big Mac and fries . Watch orders before me come and go. My order number disappeared from the screen. Saw an order that was left on the counter for a long period of time before a member of staff took it to the customer. Witness the customer return as the fries were cold.
AVOID!
So poor, all-round
I hadn't been to MacDonald for some time. The breakfast buns are tiny and food cold. Later I thought I would have a big Mac, tasteless and cold. The bun stale and the service in Wimbledon was very slow, oh and the printers for your food with the order number wasn't working. The price was a lot higher than I remember. I'm now done with the poor standards a total shambles

I had my first experience when ordering off the app and was given the wrong order however, when going to the customer service it was awful so went to the restaurant that I ordered from. About talking to the manager for about 10 minutes the restaurant agreed to refund the order.
McDelivery order issue - No response & no accountability
McDonald’s Restaurant : Chingford Fountain (Sewardstone Road, London E4) -
2 orders totalling over £80 missing items, ordered on the McD’s app & delivered by uber eats.
A minuscule refund of £8.17 has been actioned & nothing more.
The total refund due back to me for the missing items over the 2 orders is £30+..
How is the system not able to generate the correct refund? McDonald’s passes the blame to Uber Eats because they delivered the orders & Uber Eats passes the outcome back due to the system to McDonald’s with no room for discussion if it’s wrong & are just met robotic responses… how on earth is it right to offer such rude response, unprofessional & just down right awful service - this is aimed at both the inadequate inability of being able to complete the full order without forgetting stuff, not answering the phone to assist & the absolute abysmal service from Uber (Savio & Mike in particular & a John somewhere too)!
Unfortunately, I will not be using McDonald’s nor Uber Eats anymore, & as an Uber One paying customer of £5.99pm… I deeply regret every penny spent to these scams of businesses.
All because you can’t go out like you used to, have never lied about any orders as I appreciate how hard these places work & operations etc but twice?, come on!!!
I have emailed a formal complaint to McDonald’s customer service & expect a refund due to me please… & a personal response is expected.
Yours angrily, Emma
ALLIGATORS
IS IT APPROPRIATE TO HAVE 17 ALLIGATORS ROAMING AROUND AT A CHILDS BIRTHDAY PARTY. ME THINKS NOT.
DISGRACE
Stone cold food
Stone cold food when you order through the app - they’re supposed to wait to prepare your food til you’re nearby but they do it as soon as you place the order so my last 5 orders have been stone cold and my frappe was fully melted. Not enjoyable at all

I don't know what's going on with the hasbrowns lately but they are absolutely disgusting. Its like a smooth potato texture and calling it potatos is a stretch. They used to be a guilty pleasure like the fries but they aren't even edible. I cant finish. Its all locations so u guess ill be healthier now because ill never eat them again

Disrespectful Behavior at MacDonald
As an Uber delivery driver I visited McDonald’s Lakeside, Scunthorpe to collect delivery orders. The staff member who assisted me was very rude and shouted at me.
When I asked to speak to a manager about this behaviour, the staff member told me that she was the manager and that I should “report whatever I want to report.” This response was dismissive and unprofessional.
I felt extremely disrespected and disappointed. I hope McDonald’s reviews this incident and takes action to ensure staff treat delivery drivers professionally in the future.
Increased costs, no half half milk shakes and paper straws that don't work
I love macdonaldsnuk but I've gone from 20 to 30 visits a year to 2 or 3 and why. Well first I lost the ability to get half chocolate and half banana milk shake, then they raised the prices to the level of what a proper resteraunt not a fast food joint offers, honestly if I'm spending resteraunt prices at a fast food joint then I'm going to resteraunt but for me the single biggest issue I have at macdonaldsnuk is the stupid paper straws they give you in UK. I understand the world. Wants our seas to have lest plastic but replacing plastic straws with the current paper straws is simply a joke, they are not fit for the purpose. Macdonaldsnuk is no longer a place I go to outside a long trip driving down motor way.
Maccies Sucks
Mozzarella stick things taste like a freezer. Philly burger tasted disgusting. Arch burger is like £10 alone. You can get a whole meal so much more better and cheaper somewhere else. Chicken Big Mac is too dry too boring and stupid. Stop making food more big
Make it better. You are a fastfood place
How can you mess this up so badly
01.30 am this morning was awful
01.30 am this morning was awful. Fforestfach drive through said we are not serving for the next 30 minutes? And Cwmdu gave me old fries and a burnt big Mac. Bun was burnt as was the burger which left black charcoal like bits in the cheese

Best place in the world I would travel 1000 sextillion time around the world for it the staff were amazing it took 50 seconds for my food
Terrible - Northwich McDonalds drive thru reaches new low.
Terrible - just terrible. Not only could they not muster up one single Bacon and Egg McMuffin in nearly twenty minutes, when asking for a refund the floor manager grunts "what do you want?" I couldn't even be bothered. You can keep the couple of quid - based on the quality of service, you obviously need it.
