Kitchen tap valves
Neil came to replace our kitchen tap valves on time and as arranged. He had a suitable pair which I believe can be a problem due to the number of different types. He spent time getting over a problem and charged as agreed. His website shows the prices he charges unlike most other plumbers.

Gas boiler service
The engineer was punctual, polite & pleasant. He serviced the gas boiler, & made any necessary changes to the system & it has been working well since. I would ask him to work here again.

Efficient, punctual, hard working and does not create any mess
Very knowledgeable. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing correctly. We called out other plumbers who were unable to fix the issue. Then Neil came along and fixed it without a problem! He also helped sort out a potential gas leak.
It is hard to find such honest and hard working workmen now a days! I would not hesitate to recommend Neil! His prices are very reasonable aswell.

Excellent Plumber
We discovered M20 Plumbing a few years ago when we needed a boiler replacement. Neil is polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and has a highly professional approach. Since then we have used M20 Plumbing every year to carry out the annual servicing of the boiler. Invoicing and payment can be easily done online via email afterwards.
Neil is an absolute pleasure to have around the house. I wish all domestic workers maintained his standards.
