I found the desired Chloe bag, ordered it, paid for it, only to be told it was sold out. Which would be acceptable (along with the 10% store credit they offered) if it weren't for the fact that the SAME bag was again available (in Cettire app), but this time 300 € more expensive. So now I'm stuck with their store credit and if I want the same bag I have to pay 400 € more than original price.

Ordered a pair of gorgeous Choos at an amazing discounted price, my order was cancelled by the seller. Lyst investigated why it was cancelled to find that they raised the price on the website (back to the original price). Lauren from Lyst suggested I re-purchase the Choos and they would refund the difference. This was all so quick and efficient. I had ordered from the cettire website through the lyst website but my order was delayed for more than 10 days without any update. I had sent many emails to cettire but I had no response and my order was in the 300 range .
I sent an email to lyst for help to get my order immediately. Of course lyst replied back fast to inform me for my order . Next day I had a delivery email from DHL company to inform me for my delivery… big thank you to lyst side and of course to (luis the girl that works at lyst amazing staff thank u so much for responding so fast and informing me for my order.

I have ordered multiple designer items from different websites. Most of the products came in faulty and I had to fight with the sellers to be able to return the product. I got sent different products from the original product. It does not show any of the products I buy on my history even though it has a history section for some reason. Overall; it is a horrible experience that made me not want to buy any more designer from websites and now I travel between countries to shop instead.

I had a question about the color of an item - the picture did not match the description. Lauren, at Lyst, went out of her way to have the vendor check the warehouse and send a picture of the actual item. Turns out the picture posted was incorrect. Lauren was extremely helpful, and saved me a return.
