I couldn't recommend Lyrical Host more. I have had my blog hosted with them for over 2 years now. The service is impeccable and no problem is too big or too small to deal with. Queries are dealt with almost immediately and you can tell they are a company that truly care about their clients.

I've used other hosting sites in the past but I would never trust anyone with my online content anymore that isn't Lyrical Host.

Helped with a last minute client migration a couple of years ago and have been unfailingly brilliant ever since. Uptime is always spot on, customer service is above and beyond, and I've never had any problems with renewals or payments. I would definitely recommend Lyrical Host.

Honestly a dream come true! Outstanding service, it almost feels too good to be true, but here we are! It's not just a hosting service, it's a community in which you can interact and learn so much. I would recommend Lyrical Host to literally anyone who is looking for a place to host their websites.

I've been with Lyrical host for a few years now. The servers are excellent, with no down time. And customer service is really amazing. They are quick to reply to any questions or issues. Today my site had a breach and they fixed the issue for me which I greatly appreciate. When I migrated to them initially, they kept me informed and things went smoothly. They are really good about keeping communication simple. I can't say enough good things about them.

I wasted far too many years of my life with another hosting company that was so awful I don't even like to say their name (*caugh Hostgator).

Moving to Lyrical was by far the best decision I have made for my website ever. The migration process was seamless and the follow-up support is unlike anything I have ever seen. Not just in hosting but in tech companies as a whole. I run two digitally based businesses and so I end up working with quite a large number of tech companies. Lyrical has set the bar for excellence so high that I'll likely spend the rest of my life kicking myself for not migrating my website over to them sooner.

On top of the seamless migration and wonderful follow-up assistance they also have several educational courses that have taught me so much! I went through their Speed Boost course and finally feel as though I have a handle on exactly what contributes to the speed of my website and the simple actionable steps that I can take to make my site better.

As someone who has worked in customer care all of my life I can honestly say I have never been a customer of such a responsive, helpful and understanding business. Service is second to none and the community is awesome. Never had any issues with any of my sites, very quick and responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend. Your the best Lyrical Host.

This level of service is rare to find nowadays

I found out about Lyrical through a FB bloggers' group. And I'm so glad I discovered them.

Last September, I was facing a nightmarish situation with another domain & web hosting provider who basically messed up a website migration job leaving my website offline for more than 24 hours.

I contacted Lyrical team in a real emergency, and they helped me set up my web hosting account with them and immediately booked the first available website migration appointment - all this on very short notice during a weekend.

Their tech support expert was online for several hours with me during the migration process and guided me through the entire event in great details.

In the end, they helped me migrate two of my websites (free of cost and without any accidents btw!)

Their customer support is very responsive. I get same-day replies - at times within an hour. All of which is very crucial for a website owner in time of need.

After being with Lyrical since Sept/Oct 2019, I can confidently say that they're worth their weight in gold.

I met Jenni in a FB group almost a year ago, and talked with her about hosting our site at the time. She was very helpful and pleasant, but after comparing their prices with another provider, I made what I thought was a smart cost-based decision to host elsewhere...
Bit mistake! What I thought I was saving in $$, I definitely lost in TIME due to constant crashes and server overloads, STRESS due to frequent HACKING issues, and general uneasiness about my site on the other host.
So, after my site being quarantined due to malware on the OTHER host TWICE this month, I swallowed my pride and crawled back to Jenni and pleaded for help.
She was just as sweet and courteous as when I had talked with her previously. And even though they were booked, she scheduled a spot just 2 days later to migrate (and CLEAN - for FREE) my poor, beleaguered site.
On the scheduled day, I coordinated with LyricalHost's incredible support guy, Joseph, and in the space of about 18 hours, had the entire site (3GB!) migrated, completely cleaned of malware (THANK YOU!!!!), moved all 6 of our email accounts AND set up a redirect for another address, and then updated our DNS for us as well...
Now I can work on our site without worrying about it crashing or being hacked!

Lyrical Host is such a relief to have switched to. They've taken something that's seemingly available all over the place and wrapped it in amazing customer service, attentive and responsive support, and a desire to elevate your ideas through inspiration and carefully chosen resources to inspire.

I was a bit reluctant to move over to Wordpress after spending nearly a decade on Blogger, but the team at Lyrical Host have made it so easy. Their support is next to none, and they have always been happy to help with any issues in record time - even if it's something I've broken myself. I couldn't recommend them enough, and I'm so glad I chose them as my host!

I first transferred my domain to them on the recommendation from someone I follow. Their prices were so much better & as they were a UK company, I knew I would have better support if anything went wrong. I was previously with a well known large company who made it almost impossible to get support!

I had considered migrating to Wordpress as Blogger was too buggy & I needed more customisation for what I wanted to achieve. Lyrical Host was transparent about what they offer, prices & the support I've received since has been amazing! Every ticket raised has been answered within 5 minutes & solved almost instantly!

I absolutely LOVE Lyrical- as someone with little coding/web experience, they have made my hosting experience a dream. I can ask any questions about my blog, and usually have an answer and help within an hour, the community is lovely, and the prices don't shoot up year after year. I could not ask for a better host, and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!

Smartest Choice for Hosting, Lyrical Host offers everything you need to run your own business, website or blog, especially if you don't know what a DNS is and really don't care to google it, like me. I just want to be able to make a pretty website without the headache of troubleshooting the tech. I've tried GoDaddy and DreamHost before finding Lyrical Host, and what makes Lyrical Host better than their competition is that they don't charge extra for tech support. So not only are you saving anywhere from $100 to $300 every time you have a tech issue, but you save whatever your time is worth, and whatever price you give to making your deadlines. I had a website get hacked one year in January when I was with GoDaddy, and I spent about a month just trying to get my site back up and paying extra to have someone "debug" the site, which then knocked Valentine's Day stuff to get posted after Valentine's Day, then I struggled to get Mother's Day stuff up in the ideal time frame, and then the site got hacked into again. I ended up closing up that project entirely just because all the hackage was making it fail, and I was pouring money into it every month to do so, and it finally broke to a point of no repair (just too many weird files). So when I say Lyrical Host has free tech support, they do all the stuff other companies charge you extra for, and stuff that even if you pay extra, other companies will not help you. Whether you were hacked, or you just want help with your SEO, they help you. That, in of itself, is priceless and every reason Lyrical Hosting is the smartest option out there. It's just good business sense. Meanwhile, they have a list of other bells and whistles contributing to their amazing customer experience. They have a slew of free stock photos and printables, they don't cut off the site and hold your future for ransom in the case you go viral, they have an amazing support / motivation group on Facebook, and they plant lots of trees as their charitable cause. Their affiliate program is also top notch, and even if you don't go with them, their blog is worth reading for anyone trying to dominate the web. I've been with them for about a year now, and I've experienced a 100% up time. They truly are more than just a hosting provider. For the same price you pay for month-to-month non-introductory offer with anyone else, you get hosting, tech support, business coaching, networking opportunities, and a lot of peace of mind. If I could describe my experiences with images and abstractness... Other hosting providers >>> A woman standing on a white background with a blank look on her face and her hair looked like it was just electrocuted, and then an opaque version of her leans left with anger and fists clenched, and an opaque version of her leans right with pain and her hand over her forehead as she cries, and then she's asking how to access files her plugins installed and wants to know what someone might name their virus. Lyrical Host >>> that's more like a woman sitting in a garden on a white chair wearing a giant hat with a flower in it, sipping tea calmly going, "I'm thinking about making another site, what name do you like better?" Huge Difference. Worth every penny.

Can’t believe the amazing service and all the free help and resources these guys provide - all on top of a service that’s faster and with far fewer dropouts than my previous ISPs!
