My case was handled by Paddy Trouton and I cannot speak highly enough of her. I was fully informed during each step in the process which was much appreciated, as I had not been in the position I was in before. Paddy was professional, understanding, supportive and put me at ease during times of stress and overwhelm.
I can’t fault the communication. I was updated at each stage as well as given expected time frames before next steps which was great.
I felt that I was in good hands all throughout the process and felt well advised.
Paddy’s telephone manner was also something to note, she has a great balance kind, warm all whilst highly professional.

I was in desperate need of a solicitor within days as summoned to court for a driving offence I didn’t commit.
David Olivere at Lyon’s Davidson Solicitors called me within 24 hours, prepared paperwork and arranged for a duty solicitor to attend court with me.
All within a few days I appeared in court and it was withdrawn within a matter of minutes. The stress was completely taken away me have such a professional organisation representing me. I would not hesitate to recommend Lyon’s Davidson solicitors! 5 stars from me!!

Further to sustaining a spinal cord injury from a negligent driver… Kerry and her team could not have been more supportive, compassionate and professional throughout the whole process. Myself and members of my family RTC 2023
Myself and members of my family were involved in a None fault serious RTC in November 2023 in which a uninsured youth (now in prison)decided to come our side of the road at speed through traffic lights on red and collided with us. leaving all of my family members with injuries.
My daughter came off the worse with a broken neck and paralysis in hands and legs.
I would like to say that Lyons Davidson Solicitors’s took our cases on from start to finish, Kerry, Frances and Kelly went above and beyond to bring our claims to a conclusion, they really did become part of our family and still want us to update them with our daughters rehabilitation journey.

Amazing outcome! Well worth the wait!
I’d like to give a massive thanks to my case handler Catherine Stewart for taking on my case. From start to finish, she was very quick to give me updates and get the ball rolling.
Although my case took a little bit longer than I had imagined (no fault of Lyons Davidson but due to waiting for other people to get back to my case handler), I was extremely happy with the outcome.

Nelay represented us in a civil claim…
Nelay represented us in a civil claim against a car salesman. He was professional, courteous and patient.
Nelay helped in mediating a settlement between us and the salesman recovering a significant portion of our money, which otherwise would have involved a lengthy and costly court process. Something we were trying to avoid.

I was passed on to these by my insurance company for a car accident that was not my fault. I do not think that they did much at all to fight my claim, despite me constantly chasing it up, and over a year since the accident they have now closed the file.

Wouldn’t recommend really poor service…
Wouldn’t recommend really poor service instead of giving you a solicitor they give you a paralegal who doesn’t care about you and are really lazy. Takes 2 months to wage your time highly recommended me go down tribunal route but now pulls funding and ask me to then pay £15k! After the shoddy service you gave you ask for money and you’re not even a solicitor!

Your policy does not provide for you to be represented by a Solicitor however we ensure that all cases are allocated to case handlers with the necessary experience to deal with the claims and in this instance, your case handler was also supervised by a Solicitor who approved the advice.
Our role as legal advisors is to provide our clients with our reasonable assessment of the legal merits of their claim by applying the relevant legal tests to the facts of the case, and this means that regrettably we cannot always give our clients the positive advice they want to hear.
Your concerns regarding our advice have been formally responded to by our Customer Services and Compliance Team.
Your funding was not pulled, rather it was withdrawn after the claim was assessed as not having sufficient prospects to qualify for funding.
While we provided you with advice in respect of the costs of representing you on a privately paying basis I am satisfied that you were also advised that on the basis of our assessment we would not recommend that you do so.
