Pat and Dan were so friendly and helpful, no hard selling. They were happy for us to just take our time and also answer any questions we had. Also went above and beyond when sorting out the delivery of the car with some added extras.
I travelled over 200 miles to purchase a car from Jason at LMVC, who was never pushy. Everything was very easy going but attentive. The deal was very fair and they could not do enough for me. The purchase was easy and the car is fantastic. After travelling home and noticing the Sat Nav not working I took the car to a bmw dealership. There was a problem with the software. I called Dan at LMVC to explain. His words were to get anything that was needed to sort the car out done and that I would not be a penny out of pocket. That was total peace of mind and I cannot thank Dan enough. Fantastic aftercare. The car was fixed and Dan settled the bill with no complaints. I now have the dream car with the knowledge that Dan has my back. I would deal with LMVC again gives the opportunity. Thanks again
Completely disappointed.
I bought a 56000 miles used car, that apparently had all green check with '85 RAC checks'
Just a let down! I drove the car 6 times in 2 weeks during which so many things broke down with this car that my local garage diagnosed a list of multiple thousands of pounds repairs needed to make it reliable: ( faulty ECU, Front shocks damaged, bad battery, misfire, keyless entry fault, and many more)
Again this is a 4.8 star dealer...
It caused me a great deal of stress, days lost and finally I requested a refund as per the Consumers Right act.
Many many days later I got a refund, after paying for mileage, other admin tax that equalled to 400£ plus I paid for my local garage as they advised (220£).
All in all I owned a 'great car' as described by the seller for a month, when the car mostly sat on the driveway and finally lost 1000£
Just what any new owner wants. To buy a car that is advertised as 'flawless', trust your dealer, and then burn 1000 pounds.
But hey don't mind me give everybody 5 stars, all the recognition you want. I guess it's just impossible to find honesty and real people anywhere.
