I registered with this bookmaker a few days ago. The deposit made is about 200 euros. The amount on the balance sheet is slightly more than 1000 euros. After 3 days of waiting for a withdrawal, the stakes on my account were limited to 1-2 euros and the withdrawal was still not processed

I did quite well with my no deposit bonus. Completed the wagering requirements and had around £400 at that point. The balance then changed to £50 real money. I was able to withdraw it, it took a while. The main complaint is that the bonus withdrawal was capped at £100 and I was only credited with £50 despite having a bonus balance of £400.

Joined the site in order to take advantage of the Bet 10 Get 10 offer. My initial bet being voided as the match was postponed due to the Queen's death. They duly returned my initial stake which I then bet on another match, bet lost. No sign of £10 free bet. Spoke to live chat who told me I was not eligible for the free bet as my 'first' bet was voided and voided bets do not count !

Just a bit concerned over withdrawal times as I have one pending now and reading reviews on here is a bit worrying but I’ll edit this post once it’s received. Only been pending a day so far.

Seems like a decent site I deposited my funds no problem and ended up winning £970 pound overall just waiting on an update on my withdrawal process as online it says it should only take 3 hours to go into your bank through trusty still waiting the next day I’ve saw a few reviews in regards to withdrawal time taking a while hopefully this isn’t the case as most casinos pay out within a couple of hours

Crooks. Deposited twice , won that same amount back and withdrew it, then get an email saying my accounts been shut down because I had made another account which I don't remember doing... and then they only refund me half of my first deposit. Emailed customer service and got the same email as before just they had highlighted part of their guidelines in bold, stating they "have the right to withhold any transaction"

I want to rate 4 stars but the withdrawal times are madness.
Games are great and i do love playing on this site, however waiting 3/4 days for a Skrill withdrawal is insane when the site indicates 6-24 hours.
I know there is a caviat that advises 3-5 days for them to process withdrawals however when other sites can withdraw into my account in less than half an hour, with the same games and RTP it outs a huge downer on LV!

Take your money really quick but withdrawal process takes way too long 👎🏻👎🏻
