Hy there , I had an account on lv bet from almost 2 years and I just played after long time on their website . I made a withdrawal of like 888 dollars like to my visa debit card but theirs nothing action from their side. I tried to contact them through live chat but it’s showing unable to reach them all the time. Then I trying to call them through Rebtel it’s also going out of service. Just had a one reply from them on email. They don’t provide any good service for customer care at all.

I would like to complain about this betting site. I have tried to withdrawl my 1500 euros for 6 days. I have verified this documentations but it is still not working. There was some issues with my proof of adress, and U don´t understand why?

Website won't let me withdraw my winnings. I've been playing on LV bet since October thus year and at first I was winning and was able to successfully withdraw via bank wire transfer. Then suddenly LV has revoked my ability to withdraw via bank transfer. They ask for documents and i successfully upolad them.. Now they tell me to create a E wallet and deposit with it so I can withdraw via e wallet. Lol it gets even more ridiculous... so I successfully deposit with MiFinity wallet and place a withdrawal and now this withdrawal has been pending for 7 days and LV bet says they are having "technical issues" and are working on resolving the problem. I'm going on the 2nd week now and my withdrawal is still "pending". Your a God damn casino how are you supposed to attract customers if you deliberately delay pay outs. I have evidence and screenshots if anyone wants to see. Unreal man I've accepted I'm not even going to get paid out.. pay me my $1040 CAD!!

They won't let you withdraw your winnings.At first once you have placed the withdrawal request and check the status it will read confirmed thereafter they will inform you to wait for payment provider to process your withdrawal and have you wait for a week then if you do a follow up they will cancel your withdrawal return the funds to your account and claim your account has a technical problem.This becomes a never ending cycle

Signed up there's a big delay on the deposit actually apprearing the account.
Opted in for the entry bonus on the 3rd deposit but it didnt meet their t&Cs, so i went to just withdraw also in their t&cs is that you need wager the full amount you deposti before withdrawing, i'e if you deposit 100 you need to play 100 before you can withdraw without penalty.

I was at my girlfriends house (We dont use the same device and dont live together and I didnt do anything against the rules!!!) and accapted a bonus where I won money.
