Only just joined so didn't know much…

Only just joined so didn't know much about the company but made it easy for me to get a quote and looking forward see how we get on. Got the cover we needed and and hoping we do not have to get in touch till next year to renew

150% renewal price after no claims

After being a loyal LV customer for many years, with only one claim six years ago, I was shocked to receive a renewal quote showing a 150% increase in my home insurance premium. I contacted LV for an explanation, but they insisted the increase was justified, despite no changes to my circumstances or risk.

This kind of pricing is extremely concerning. If customers allow their policies to auto‑renew without checking, they could end up paying vastly inflated premiums without realising. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to review their renewals carefully — or avoid LV altogether.

Much cheaper than other multi-car policies. Not had to claim but I hope it would be an easy process if it did arise.
