I love getting my packages secure in Luxer One, no worrying about anyone walking off with your packages.

It’s nice to have your package secured and conveniently accessible with the Luxor app.

Luxor One does not mandate “lockers”. If lockers are not mandated, the promise of specific service with them is not factual. The fact that a delivery driver is given access codes to the mailroom instead of forced to scan and/or entering package info to inform recipients a package is delivered… really undermines their service and why they are even involved. Without lockers (my apartment complex literally has a room with opened shelves)… allows a delivery driver that, if not given access codes, but has multiple deliveries, only has to input one delivery instead of all deliveries. Therefore one person is notified instead all the persons who received a delivery. Two different cust serv reps with Luxor One, stated this is what is happening and that Luxor One is aware… but it is not their problem nor did either one of them express concern or offer resolution. They stated it is the carriers problem for not following Luxor One’s guidelines even if Luxor One is not insuring nor mandating their guidelines are followed…. And then stated it is the property managers issue as well for not enforcing their guidelines. The fact Luxor One’s mission statement is that they prevent your deliveries from being stolen, but literally allow packages to be delivered in an open area instead of the advertised mailboxes which require each delivery driver to input package info in order to unlock and deliver, is the exact opposite of the support and assurance that they advertise as the benefits and insurance of their service. To be contracted to deliver services they literally refuse to take accountability in providing and on top of that they charge for…per their website… is literally a company that is getting paid to do nothing. It’s like paying my 5 yr old to wash dishes knowing the dishes will not be successfully washed. Apartment complexes charge their tenants for the service even if they opt out the service. And then if I call Luxor One for a temp password bc they failed in their service as they advertise…. I am told they cannot issue a temp password because I opted out of their service (still being charged) and that I need to opt back in. Uhm… I’m sorry but I’m still paying for the service even if I opted out and it’s not the delivery drivers or contracted counter parts fault. Luxor One is not enforcing the service they claim they provide. Luxor One is absolutely horrible for those who do not have the advertised mailboxes. Their services literally cause countless issues with money and unnecessary wasted time for multiple counterparts. Why are they offering services that do not mandate personalized delivery mailboxes (think big PO Boxes) when their guidelines are clearly based on customers having. People can still steal your packages since they are out in the open (the main service they prevent if using them)… but then to offer a lessor service without the protection… without the guarantee… but still tell me this is what you are offering me?! I seriously feellike this company needs to be audited and shut down to the customers they are not accurately providing services for as they advertise. This has been an exhausting and unnecessary experience this past year. Not to mention I have literally taken all preventative measures that Luxor One allows to not be delivered to. But Luxor One refuses to take accountability for ensuring safe, timely, and accurate deliveries. Like who created this company?! Why are they enforcing their own companies policies and services. This is just crazy to me.

Delivery is expedient and secure. I also appreciate the notification that a package has arrived.

You can't opt out. If your apartment gets this and you don't have a credit card then you're screwed and can never get a package to your door again. They take your package and hold it hostage

For anyone who has had to deal with the "black hole" of a disorganized apartment mailroom or the anxiety of porch pirates, Luxer One provides immense peace of mind. The transition from a chaotic common area to a structured system is a massive quality-of-life upgrade.

As long as I do it manually and not using Bluetooth it’s good. The Bluetooth doesn’t work and I do have it activated.

First, The notifications are excellent when a package arrives. Second, Its clean, and secure. Having a Luxer One is the best when dealing with porch pirates, and knowing your package is locked and safe in Luxer One makes a busy life less stressful.

Process is very easy. You type in the code that's sent to you. Sign in the box and stand back. The corresponding door will pop open for you to remove your package.

It’s so simple and easy. I encourage my fellow apt. Residents to sign up so there wouldn’t be so many packages on the floor.

Worked good every time except for one time it insisted on a password which I couldn’t remember. Aside from that single time, no complaints.

They are always on time with my delivery. In addition, I always receive an email when my delivery has arrived.
