Great! And kind! We used Luggage Hero in Paris, France, when we needed to store luggage near Gare St. Lazarre. The drop off was at a barber shop and was super easy. I know now that this is a great resource for travelers.

Friendly and efficient. Luggage storage is usually a side business and it is here as this is primarily a restaurant, however they didn't treat us that way. They were professional and focused on serving us and I felt very confident leaving my stuff in their care.

The experience was nice and easy
The experience was nice and easy. Just used the web page to quickly reserve a rent spot, entered the hotel where i could leave the bags, signed a paper, took a photo of the luggage and that's it. Since the storing location was a inside a hotel, i was completely confident that it would be safe. Very easy experience. Very nice price/performance.

Easy and convenient service
Using the App made it really quick and easy to locate a storage provider in the area I needed. Drop off really good and the guys were really helpful.
Pick up was a breeze and the guys in the store really helpful and pleasant.
