Watch out for sneaky extra fees
I booked online, and no problem with automating this process but adding a service charge AND an insurance charge made the price I was charged double what they said my estimate would be.
Disappointing. Then, they said they didn't have a card machine so I would have to use the atm which would have cost more. A stressy end to a holiday and no need for sneaky extra fees.

seattle set back fixed up…
after some lack of customer service by the guy that owned the apartment we were faced with a walk round seattle for a day with 4 cases or find a solution.
job done bags booked in to the mediterranean inn a block away .staff were super helpful and we were allowed to wait in the lobby and help our selves at the coffee bar .

Positive Start, Inconsistent Service Across Cities
Smooth experience in Melbourne — easy booking, hassle-free drop-off/pick-up, no issues. A bit odd leaving bags in a shop instead of a dedicated room, but it worked fine.
Tried Bologna twice and ran into problems both times. Payments were reimbursed, so the only thing lost was my time and nerves.
Overall: reliable in Melbourne, inconsistent in Bologna. Quick refunds appreciated, but service needs more consistency across cities.

I would never use this company again - be very wary
I would never use this company again. I was quoted a price of £22 based on their app prices, my bags were only there for 4 hours, even at the full day price of £4.90 for nine bags this would be £45.00, I was horrified and disgusted to be charged £104 when I collected my bags. I complained to the shop but was told it was nothing to do with them. I did eventually get a £21.00 refund, but still a ridiculous price. I would never have gone with them if I knew this cost upfront or that they would have full access to take anything they want from my bank account. They aren’t upfront with the charges, the prices in the app aren’t accurate and they pre authorise your card so they can effectively charge you any amount. I’ve had to cancel my card as I don’t trust them one bit.
I’d tell anyone to stay well away from this company.

Dropnfly at Pasay has been very…
Dropnfly at Pasay has been very helpful. We had to check out of our hotel at 11am but our flight was later in the evening. After we had to leave the hotel, Dropnfly was very accommodating to store our luggage till our flight. Surprisingly, they also have a van to bring us to the airport later that evening. It was wonderful!!

Affordable and convenient way to store…
Affordable and convenient way to store luggage for a period of time. Personally used them when travelling to Sydney and we couldn’t check into our Airbnb until later in the day. We dropped off our bags at a local convenience store and the staff there was very knowledgeable, friendly and I had no concerns about the safety of our belongings.
Would definitely use them again in the future

Easy to book
Easy to book, clear instructions and directions to the location of the bag drop off point. It is timed by the hour so we went 10 mins over the hour point and paid for the full hour, so keep that in mind when you are factoring in cost.

This was a great experience! The gentleman that took care of us was welcoming and helpful. We had several pieces of luggage that were very large and it was not a problem at all. We also felt like our luggage was stored very securely and it gave us a sense of confidence. I would highly recommend this place!

Okay but will use other services unless none available
This is NOT a review of the last location I have attended, where the person was really helpful and nice! It is a review of Luggage Hero as a company. I have always been happy with the locations available on Luggage Hero and with the service of the people there.
Luggage Hero's prices are really steep and other websites offer better pricing.
What is additionally disappointing is that I had received a "lifetime" voucher code, which could be used on all Luggage Hero locations - well, after a couple of uses it no longer works. If it had been a temporary offer, do not call it "lifetime", and if it is "lifetime", then it should work on all my bookings.

I have used LH multople times. I used them this New Year's in Vienna and the business owner was very helpful and made everything easy when we found every locker at Vienna Railway Station was out of order due to a technical issue. I will always use LH from now on.

The store Power Up Deli in Queens had…
The store Power Up Deli in Queens had opening hours of 7am until 11pm and accepted and confirmed a booking. We arrived at 745am with an open sign on the door but the door was locked. A message on the front door had contact numbers which we rang and left a message with no response. Given we had a flight to catch we left and cancelled the booking incurring a $10 fee. I reported this to Luggage Hero and received no response either. Absolutely hopeless experience with zero service

Loved this service! We were between Airbnb’s with lots of luggage to transfer- it was easy. Only step that wasn’t clear in advance is where the luggage storage would be- but I entered the new Airbnb neighborhood and once I entered the luggage it gave me the location. Trust their app it will provide all you need. It’s quite cool. Thanks luggage Heroes!

Not as cheap as expected
In Seattle, the store and workers were really great. However, finding the location was tricky since there’s no Luggage Hero signage. I brought it there because I thought it’d be cheaper than storing at the Seattle airport. However the website only mentioned bag and hourly fees. It was surprising to have a separate high insurance fee as well. I double checked the website afterwards to see if I had missed that but nope - it was nowhere to be found. It was still cheaper than the airport but the added burden of bringing the bags all the way to downtown and back was not worth the otherwise saved money.
