My experience with this casino is terrible. Their support are not telling the truth. I lost all my winnings without any reason and without any notification. PLEASE DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU. I lost a ton of money and all they say is we value you as a player while they do the opposite. THIS CASINO SHOULD BE RED FLAGGED. They are fraud and scam and you will not get any good from this casino.

Refuse to withdraw. Said that i didn't bet 3x my deposit which is not what another agent told me. Don't put your money There because you'll never see it again.

They’ve rejected all my withdrawals request for different reasons when i’ve complied to all rules and verification procedures they argued that i’ve bet to much on bonuses…so they just cancelled my balance that was 6655$ and refunded my original 130$ deposit. Worst experience big scam.

Misleading information. I requested an update on my withdrawal request from customer support. They responded that my withdrawal would not be processed since I had a bonus award attached to my account. I never requested a bonus, but I was offered one on my initial deposit and I refused it immediately, before commencing playing on the site.
The next day, I checked back with another customer service agent questioning the matter only to have her confirm that I didn’t have a bonus holding up my withdrawal. You would think they could get there facts straight. I closed my account.

Do not waste your time! It's a huge rip off. As soon as you reach the end of your wager required to bet they wipe you out. But only once you are close to the wager requirements. Huge scam!

Run… They will take your money you go through the KYC process. Then they will start telling your account has charges it doesn’t from cards you don’t have and they need those cards too. Sent screenshots like my account only has two purchases from my two cards here is proof nope… they first told me it was from a day prior to even using their site and then a day after using their site. Again their own site doesn’t even reflect this now I get try to fight it out with them and CC company’s what scam company.

While there was a relatively brief issue with verification, in the end they paid out. Unlike the other casinos that I reviewed.

I have to say, that lucky ones is definatly a great online gambling site!! The set up was great, the account verification was easy and not complicated like some, customer service was very fast and accomodating, game selection was also great!! Love the games!!! This site definatly deserves the good ratings, yah don’t win every try, but when you do, payouts are smooth and never had an issue!!! These ratings , I do believe!!! I would definatly recommend this site
