this is one of the best casino apps I have ever played. It dose not take all your money, it lets you play for hours. Still have to be careful but this really is a great sight to play on. I won 2000.00 dollars on my first time playing. I had to use 40 x my bonus and still won.

Depositing money of course was quick and easy . I didn’t accept a bonus, didn't claim it because I think they’re BS, this is why I love Betty, they have no wagering. You keep all the money you win including promotion and bonus money. The system gave me one anyway. So I knew from the start I was donating my hard earned money to the casino. I search my favourite games the casino has a few of them. So I plan on having fun and playing for at least a couple of hours… Nope.

First game I play I win almost double my money. But not without stress. I win free spins, system crashes near the end. Try to get back into the game. I get back in eventually I hit spin get an alert that my session ended and it has to close. I finish my free spins and leave the game.

The site is difficult to use. You need a course on how to get to Home Screen to play other games. Sometimes the home button isn’t visible so I had to close the site on my iPhone and reopen it. When I search games like masks only 4 games come up. So you have to search more words like drums, when looking for one of my favourite games 12 masks of fire drums. So their search engine sucks. It offers to make a suggestion for a game. When you click it, it crashes. You can’t navigate to another page and have to close it down. Another favourite game appears in the search when you click it it says the game doesn’t work, or something to that effect. If it doesn’t work REMOVE it!

When I was down to $100i check if I got the bonus down it tells me my bonus money is the same as the money in the game. I hit withdraw and it says I can withdraw the amount which of course I can’t so it’s misleading. I know I can’t but a beginner might think they can. This is dishonest, but I’m sure legal for the casino to do.

So I play my other favourite games, nothing wins anything substantial so my money is draining fast. Sad to say that I’ve played on multiple casinos. This is the worse bonus experience I’ve had. This casino doesn't even try to pretend… it’s set up to give you a win to get you to spin more so you’ll spend all the money fast and deposit more as fast as it possibly can. To keep you sucked into the bonus and never withdraw. casinos will let you play for a while at least to enjoy the experience…get some dopamine hits. Not this one.

I understand gambling is gambling and they're rigged for the casino. But this casinos awful user friendliness, lacking RTP per spin…20$ in some games won$0.00 not even the usual $0.8 annoying win, and short playing time is why it gets a 1 star. The 1 star is for how fast it takes your money.
I gamble and don’t win or choose to put my money back in and don’t leave reviews. Winning of course is awesome but so is getting a few dopamine hits after s hard day at work.

It is a real casino but they constantly try throw bonus at you. They actually even do it without your consent and what happened me was I denied the bonus. Deposited noticed there was a bonus even though I denied it went to the bonus section deactivated again. Played won couple grand and then boom I go withdraw and it’s locked by a bonus. Over 6k to unlock my money, went to support they said either they take the bonus on the account and I loose my money or I play through it try and win it back. Keep in mind slots are the only thing that give it a dollar to dollar live games don’t. They absolutely scammed with the bonus even though I went through 3 steps to not have a bonus cause I know what that does. Not impressed one bit.

The withdrawal was reverted from my bank and its been 20 days that they are telling me to wait and be patient while the money didnt reach neither my casino account nor my bank account. I think that its a scam at this point.

I signed up, immediately made a purchase-9.99 for 25.00. plus the 2.00 on the account from the sign up. I attempted to open 3 different games and play.. every time I went to spin-it gave me an error message.. so I installed the APK version and opened it. I went to login and it gave me an error message over and over and wouldn't allow me to log in. So I went back to the Web version.. it had timed out so I went to the home lobby screen.. once in the home page I saw my wallet and my balance had gone to 0.00!!
I reached out to support in chat.. they said "let me look into it" .. and then came back saying "I've escalated this to my superior and we will reach out to you by email once we've reviewed everything". So I was immediately frustrated and asked if they could just refund the money.. and of course that's not an option "till it's been reviewed".
So I left the chat and once I was back in the lobby.. the error message popped up again so I closed out the window and reopened a new tab and went to the site again. I tried to login and it would not allow me to.. giving me the same error message "if this problem persists please contact support".. so now I can't even get into my account!!
So ridiculous... I'm really surprised this has a 4.0 trust pilot rating... I wonder how many of the reviews are legit players and how many are paid/bribed reviews.
