We had a great experience purchasing from Lucas Furniture. The overall service provided by Marie Raeburn was first class. Real asset to the business.

We were advised by Bev on sofa purchases and Marie in the bed department and both were very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. We placed orders and look forward to receiving our furniture! Would definitely recommend.

Twice we visited Lucas's deciding on choosing the right bed and mattress. There was a fantastic choice of beds and the saleswoman Marie Raeburn was so helpful in us making and reaching our decision.

We went to Lucas Furniture on Thursday 2nd July 2026, not really knowing what we were looking for in a suite. We were interested in G Plan Adam Evans showed us to the G Plan furniture and then left us to have a good look and make a decision on what we would like. He was very knowledgeable about our purchase he was able to answer all of our questions and supply us with everything that we needed to know and help us. Adam made the whole purchase smooth and it was a pleasure to be able to have his expertise. Credit to the company. Dave and Sue

I did a lot of research on furniture stores and this one had good reviews. It's a massive store with loads of choice and good quality furniture. We were looked after by Alistair who was brilliant throughout. There was no pressure sales he simply guided us to the types of chairs we were interested in and left us alone to decide, popping back occasionally to see if we needed help. I love the recliner chair I bought and I'm sure it will last well as it seems a quality product. Delivery was good and the store kept in contact throughout to let me know when it would be ready.

I like the fact Lucas is a well known place for quality and good customer service. The range of choice is amazing but I always go for Ercol or G plan...
Alistair Framp is an asset to Lucas. He really knows his furniture and while the choice is always mine his guidance re woods and colours has been fantastic. He does not pressure to buy but when you do he makes you feel you are the centre of the decision and makes the whole experience just sheer enjoyment. I do not give praise easily but Alistair is a shining light

We called into the Aylesbury store last Sunday just to have a look as we were unsure what we wanted. We spoke to Dan who was happy to answer all our questions, even though it meant he had to go in search of the answers. Nothing was too much trouble. This kind of customer service made all the difference in choosing Lucas for our furniture.
We visited again today to order the furniture. Adam was so helpful with his knowledge of the furniture and helping us decide on the configuration and materials. Great customer service from Adam too.

Lovely shop to browse and sales people available but not pushy. We returned a couple of weeks after our first visit and Stuart remembered us immediately. He was enormously helpful and patient whilst we chose our furniture and gave suitable guidance and advice.

Visited the store in Aylesbury looking for settee/armchairs. Bought from the Ercol dept , met salesman Jim excellent service, no pushy sales talk, just friendly, helpful informative chat, thanks Jim

Went to look for a three piece suite and was assisted by Beverley E who was very nice. We left the store to have a think and returned two days later and asked to see Beverley but it was her day off. So saw Stuart T who was just as informed and pleasant. So purchased a suite from Stuart to be delivered in a few weeks time.

Jim was very knowledgable and helpful when we were shopping for a new sofa. His guidance was invaluable and a real great guy too.

We have purchased several furniture over the years from Lucas and have always been satisfied with the quality of the products and knowledge of the staff.
This time we need to replace our bed and with excellent help from Beverley we ended choosing one of the Hypnos range

The initial assistance to choose the right bed at the Aylesbury store from @Marie Raeburn was excellent and she then kept us updated on manufacture and delivery dates.
The delivery was straightforward @Roy and @Alfie efficiently removing the old mattress and positioning the replacement.
