Alistair and Beverley could not have been more helpful. On arrival at the store Alistair greeted us and noted our requirements. He showed us around the exhibits of interest and introduced us to a colleague Beverley who continued to show us multiple choices of everything we wished to purchase for our new home. After Three hours our purchases were all confirmed and payed for. We are now looking forward to them all arriving at our new home.

I drove past Lucas Furniture on my way home from a trip and popped in out of curiosity about their bed selection. I met Chloe who patiently talked me through the options and used her extensive knowledge to introduce me to the range. I felt in such good hands that 4 weeks later, I drove 40 miles back to Lucas to meet Chloe and bought two beds for our guest bedroom. Excellent and friendly service from start to finish.

We’ve just had a lovely experience at Lucas furniture in Aylesbury buying our fabulous new wow factor sofa and being cared for by the lovely bubbly Soraya.

With the help of Soraya we got the right measurements, the choice of super fabrics all priced up with care and attention to detail in a matter of minutes.

I loved the way Soraya helped me choose contrasting colours and gave good advice about mixing and matching the colours.

Jim the salesperson who greeted us was very informative and was a delight to deal with. He looked after us from the start and gave us enough space to deliberate and have a coffee before we chose the Furniture we wanted.

We visited Lucas Furniture for the first time to look for a new 3 piece suite. The showroom is extensive with many companies represented. There must be a style to suit every ones needs. We were able to wander the shop floor to view and test all of the chairs and sofas without any sales pressure. We narrowed down our selection and then requested help from a sale person. Soraya, who served us, was both helpful and informative and guided us through the various options for the products we had selected. There was no sales pressure at any time. We have completed a sale for our new suite. It is worth mentioning that there are no delivery or assembly charges made by Lucas. We would thoroughly recommend Lucas furniture and extend our thanks to Soraya for her assistance.

Ordered our Sofas today. Stuart served us. He was very polite and considerate to our wishes. Explained everything as to waiting times. Thoroughly recommend Lucas Furniture.

We visited the store on two consecutive days and once a staff member had checked that we were ok, were allowed to peruse the store unhassled. There is a wide selection of furniture choose from. Once we had made our choice, Adam, without being pushy, was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would be more than happy to make further purchases from the store if needed.

Top quality furniture at a fair price, with especially well-trained personnel, who know how to give customers plenty of time to make decisions regarding comfort, colour and design, and also when to tactfully disappear and allow that all-important private conversation between partners. We went to Lucas Furniture to buy sofas and the staff were polite and welcoming. Stuart was incredibly helpful and went through all aspects of our purchase with us before giving us space to consider our choice before we went ahead. Once we agreed to go ahead the ordering process was quick and efficient.

We were looking for a couple of sofas. Alistair at Lucas in Aylesbury took the time to listen to what we were after and steered us in the right direction ending up with a purchase.
Showroom was very large, lots of choice and reasonable prices too.

Visited today to purchase a new mattress, Beverley looked after us with her knowledge but not following us around and certainly no pushyness which I do not like. Very pleased, well done Beverley!

We visited the store to look for a new mattress, and Marie was incredibly helpful. She took the time to talk us through the different options and helped us select the perfect mattress.

Marie gave us plenty of space to browse at our own pace, while always being available when we needed advice. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. She couldn’t do enough for us and was so warm and friendly. We would definitely recommend asking for Marie!

Excellent, large selection of furniture reasonably priced. Sales people did not hover but once I approached Jim, having made my choice, he was courteous and helpful. Overall a really pleasant experience.

Great service- involved enough but gave us space to wander. Simple purchasing process and gave us some good pointers to help us make our choice .
Stuart helped us upstairs but we had great support by the team on ground floor as well

Update: I've since had a lovely phone call from Dan who I could not fault his customer service. He was extremely reassuring, comforting and really listened to how I felt. He already had ideas and a plan for resolution of this and really took how I felt seriously. He was wonderful and has helped to build confidence should I wish to return to the store. Thank you Dan!

I usually dont write reviews but this experience was one I felt should be voiced. I visited Lucas Furniture on Wednesday and was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated. The male admin staff member I spoke with was unnecessarily rude and dismissive throughout our conversation. His comments were demeaning, and he even hinted that I couldn’t afford the items in the store. This was deeply upsetting, especially with my children standing beside me. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or belittled. I won’t be returning.

After wandering around trying out all the settees we finally decided on one. Jim was so patient with us while my husband and I disagreed on fabric, and talked a lot of sense without being at all pushy, making it much less stressful than it would have been at one of the big furniture chains.

I recently visited the Aylesbury store to browse their collection and was delighted to find the perfect sofa. Every team member was so welcoming and friendly! Jim came to our assistance and made the whole process completely seamless, helping me make the right decisions to complete my purchase. It's a great store to browse around, and I couldn't be happier with the service. A huge thank you to Jim for being so helpful and patient with us!
