We appreciate, however, that you feel this could have been communicated more clearly earlier in the process, and we'll take your feedback on board.

Jack was brilliant
Jack was brilliant. Quick and helpful and actually understood our needs.

Professional, efficient and problem solved!
A big shout out to Priya Singh who was my contact person. She was professional and polite and answered all my questions. She worked hard to find me the right solution to my financial problem. Her customer service was 10/10, everything was explained and her response rate to my queries either by email or phone was brilliant. She put me in touch with a lender that suited my my needs and affordability.
Lovey dealt with my problem quickly and effectively. From start to finish (funds in my account) took 2 days. Highly recommend their services.
