Seating 👎 play👍
We did not see not notice when booking that the ticket seats had a restricted view in some scene. This should have been highlighted in red. In addition.the seating floor levels were the same on the seats in front so difficult to see the whole stage …we had to keep moving our heads every time the people in front moved theirs - I will not.be going back to that theatre unless we can afford better tickets - the play was good…. theatre 👎

Excellet customer service
I needed to change the date of my tickets the day we were due to go to see a show and Lesley managed to get them changed within a couple of hours of me asking, despite the fact we gave so little notice. Really appreciate the quick turnaround and going out of their way to help us. Great customer service.

I went under the Paddington bear…
I went under the Paddington bear musical it came up with the savoy theatre then when I paid it came up with the Abigail’s party for which I didn’t want I now have tickets for something that I won’t watch nor will my friends so Iam now out of pocket
