Granddaughter’s 1st birthday gift
I received the bracelet that I ordered for my granddaughter’s 1st birthday and to say I’m delighted is an understatement. It is absolutely beautiful. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with this. Down to the lovely gift card and paper ready to wrap the gift. You have thought of everything. With the extra links supplied it is a special gift which she will hopefully have for many years to come. Also your customer service was excellent. You tried your best to get me the bracelet on time which is more than I have had from other businesses. I am very sorry that you felt that the chain was too short and that the charms were too small on the sterling silver jewellery gift that you purchased from our website. As a small business we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, as well as value for money and also on our customer service to deal with any problems if they arise to make sure that customers are always happy with their purchase/s and with the service they receive from us. As mentioned in the email that I sent to you when you contacted us to say that you weren't happy; we do offer as many lengths of silver chain on the website as we can 14" - 18" and we can also offer a free silver chain extender to add an extra 2" length to all of our chains. We include the measurements of the charms on the website and we describe the smaller charms as delicate to try to make sure that customers know exactly what they are purchasing to avoid any disappointment. These chains and charms are sterling silver and by the nature of this metal are often more delicate than other types of jewellery. We also have a satisfaction guarantee with all of our products and offered you a refund so that you could return the gift to us. Again I am very sorry that you weren't happy with your gift purchase, our intention is always to provide customers with gifts that will be loved.

Beautiful Gift for a loved one.
Couldn't have been happier with my nieces gift for her confirmation. Beautifully made and engraved just as I asked. Beautifully packaged and it's the small touches make all the difference I loved that the little prayer book and card were enclosed and just enough wrapping paper to wrap the box. First class customer service too I did include the date of the ceremony in notes but was contacted by Sonia to let me know that package was on it's way. Would highly recommend Love Lula Bula for all those special occasions.
