Good experience with their annual lens subscription
I subscribed to their annual lens plan and was impressed with their timely delivery and efficient service. They provided a helpful tutorial on how to wear the lenses, making the process easy. While their selection of frames could be improved, the quality of their glasses is excellent. The staff at their store were courteous and helpful, adding to my positive experience.

Superb service, and -quality. And very friendly.
Service better than in any other similar (much more expensive) stores, snd the free eye test by optician much more thorough. And they take time to explain if any questions. Superb sales person helped select the best frames, and the new 1500kr glasses are better quality than my old 7000kr ones, that supposedly had all the extras. Will only go here from now on.

Fraud, do not buy 3 times thinner lens.
I got my refund but wasted a lot of time.
I have been a customer of Louis Nielsen for many years. I had a 2 times thiner (1.67) lens on my glass and they offered me a new product that is 3 times thinner (1.74). I accepted and paid thousands of Krones.
However, what they give me is thicker with the same power (worse than the cheap one)... And they really tried to convince me it is much better and not thicker... My wish is that they made a mistake, instead of systematic fraud. But in fact, I was cheated by them by giving me a cheap product at a higher price.
So, be careful, if they offer you a 3 times thinner lens, it can be thicker than the 2 times lens, and they have a lot of experience and time to convince you. I am not stupid but just want to get what I paid, please stop telling different stories.
In the final conversation after we measure it together, they told me:" yes, the new one with 3 times thinner is 5 mm, and your old one with 2 times tinner is 4 mm. but the new one we sell you is better and thinner." What a joke!
