To advise - When using Bonus Balance, associated Winnings will be in the form of Bonus Cash, unless otherwise specified.
Unlike your Cash Balance, Bonus Balance is non-withdrawable.
Once you complete the Wagering Requirements of your Bonus (which can be seen on your Active Bonus card), any remaining Bonus Cash will be eligible to transfer to your Cash Balance as real cash funds, subject to the Maximum Win value stated in the T&Cs and More Information tab of your Bonus (which members can access at all times whilst the promotion is active)
From what we can see, the maximum win value was as stated in the More Information tab & T&Cs of the promotion as the max. win is x2 the amount of bonus cash received.
As these are not real funds and are above your max win, the remaining funds are rolled back from your account and the funds within the max. win value have been converted into real cash funds and transferred into your real cash balance upon the completion of the promotion.
To view this on your side (as the promotion has since been completed), if you go to your Promotions page and select the tab titled "Bonus History" - the max. win will be displayed there.
If you weren't aware this is how our promotions work, we recommend referring to our Promotional T&Cs page as it'll explain in detail important topics regarding our promotions such as Max. Win Values, Wagering Requirements & etc.
