After my previous review and providing what was asked I failed to here anything back as expected. They now again continue to ignore my emails and still
No withdrawal. I went via live chat yesterday hoping to get somewhere. I spoke to Another member of staff , the same person that last week said she would personally be watching and chasing the withdrawal and she understood how frustrated I must be. She said the exact same words. Only this time she didn’t sat she couldn’t chase it up with finance as they had done for the day. So still my account is closed by lotto go with £150 of my money sat in the balance and they refuse to withdraw it to my account is this now nit theft? Considering they are giving me the run around and refusing to send the funds to my bank or give a clear answer as to the time Frame. Surely all these weeks mean they are actually doing this on purpose.

Hi Paul,
I hope you're well today.
I'm getting in touch by way of update to let you know I have read the review updates and once again I can only apologise for the length of time this has taken.
As promised, I have been checking on this daily and I have chased it up urgently just with the relevant team, as soon as I have any feedback from them, I will be in touch straight away.
I mean this chasing has been going on 3 weeks now into the 4th week so someone is fobbing me off. As explained to them the reason behind the withdrawal was for my vet bills, which have now been passed to a debt collector so incurring more charges. Again all of which has been explained so how I have to sit and fill out forms to allow a 3rd parties involvement. However when I request that lotto go give information as to what the response from the department they are chasing the withdrawal with is I then get no response so at this point can see the clear pattern.
Let’s face it what company would email a department to chase something up and wait nearly 4 weeks for a response. I smell many rats so have to pass it on as they have caused me unnecessary stress and now debt through not just doing a clear withdrawal.

Misleading jackpots! Jackpot payout is capped at £10 million. After that, they divide remaining winnings equally over 29 years. That’s without interest so inflation would devalue it over time.
But they still charge a 55% “lump sum” fee for Mega Millions, even though that lump sum is not paid out.

Update: Seven days later and my withdrawal still has not been paid. Despite the reassuring response to my review, nothing has actually changed. It now feels like responses to negative reviews are simply a smoke screen to give the impression that issues are being addressed. Customer support continues to tell me it will be processed "soon," while my withdrawal remains unpaid.
I have previously had good experiences with LottoGo, which makes this situation even more disappointing.
I won £50 and am still waiting for payment five days later. I've had to chase customer support myself and have provided my bank details three times, which seems strange when deposits are made by card.
Customer service was poor. When I complained, one operator was dismissive and ended the chat. Another simply repeated the waiting time and also ended the conversation. I have now been told I may need to wait another 5 days!
They seem quick to take deposits but much slower when it comes to paying out winnings. Based on this experience, I would not recommend LottoGo.

I've now been playing now for over 5 months..gameplay and rtp% is just going from bad to utterly terrible. Think I'm under 75% rtp, every slot seems impossible to win. Would try elsewhere as the return to player is so bad over a prolonged period of time.
