Great Service
Steven arrived on time and gave my washing machine a thorough check whilst taking photos to get to the root of my problem. He was very friendly and polite and talked me through the job with the aid of his photographs . Steven was a great help .Thanks

Washing machine repair
My washing machine had stopped spinning so I contacted Lothian Domestics Ltd to see if it could be repaired. Paul came to have a look and replaced the brushes. It is now as good as new and I don’t have to fork out for a new machine.Paul was lovely and talked me through the problem and price to repair it. I highly recommend this company for repairs of appliances.

Ross figured out the washing machine…
Ross figured out the washing machine issue instantly and advised how to use machine to prevent issue occurring again. Compared to other insurers this guy knew what he was talking about.

Easy booking, quick fix, great service!
Booking process was super easy on the website, transparent pricing, and good updates via text on status. Engineer Ross came out and solved issue quickly, kept place clean, and had fix installed within 30 minutes. Brilliant overall!

Great Service by a local company
Lothian Domestic provided a great service. Information was regularly updated regarding our appointment. The engineer came with the anticipated spare parts based on his understanding of the problem saving time for everyone. These proved to be the ones needed. Scot was a friendly and knowledgeable engineer and fixed the problem very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend this business to anyone.
