The jar lid is very difficult to remove, for a person with arthritic hands and wrists, but coffee is great

Capsules constantly arrive damaged and have to chase for refunds
I have repeatedly complained to L'Or about capsules arriving damaged because the packaging is little better than paper. The damaged capsules- about £0.30/each- don't puncture and have to be binned. So I have to call and chase them for a credit. When the FOURTH delivery arrived in a crushed box I refused it. Despite receiving the package back, L'Or made me chase them for a refund. Had they taken on board my earlier complaints and just used more sturdy packaging, the problem would have been avoided. I'm so sick of this loop that I closed my L'Or account. Customer Service is not L'Or's thing. They make it clear they don't give a monkey's and since they don't care, neither do I about using them ever again.
Appalling Company!
Wish I had checked here first. I have had a terrible experience. The machine was "dispatched" within a day, but then stuck at the Evri Hub. After some time, I called l'or who promised to call Evri and email me. Nothing was received and I emailed them. No response. Ultimately, I had to start a Paypal claim. Finally, only yesterday, I received a response from l'or apologising but stating that it would now be dealt with under the Paypal claim. This was one day before the claim was due to be paid. Paypal have refunded today. Tracking still shows the machine to be at the Evri sorting hub? Weeks waisted.

Can't order pods on line
Spent a couple of days trying to order coffee pods on their website for their new machine. Their system endlessly refused payment, my bank said that no attempt to take payment was made. Loresso refuse to take an order over the phone and tell me to try "other methods" I have a new coffee machine from them and no coffee, I am disabled and can't go to the shops, I feel ripped off and defrauded.

Never received my coffee machine, back and forth with both EVRI and this company. Tracking said parcel is unexpectedly large we are sorting a specialised driver. Finally got a refund after 2 weeks. Evri replied after 2 weeks saying we are unable to locate your parcel and therefore we would treat this as lost in transit. Then, looking online EVRI drivers have already been found guilty of stealing parcels. One guy making 20k of unopened goods. I informed the lady on the phone that there are better couriers to use, she simply did not care and I do not blame her must not be nice working there

Charged twice
Charged twice. Cannot get in contact, no reply no emails after 10 days. Phone number puts you on hold for 30 minutes and disconnect s. Bank are doing a charge back
Didn't think it be this bad!!
It really is not worth anyones time buying this machine from them direct, absolutely shocking customer service. No one answers your call despite how many times you ring and hold only to be hung up on after the 30min mark. 5 calls later I have given up. I sent emails through their site for support, acknowledged which is automated but no reply after 4-5 days. I am cancelling both orders purely on this basis and fear the worst seeing other comments. The company clearly does not care about their customer service and won't do anything about it. Pick another brand and machine, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.
Zero-star Customer Service
Booked a return for an item via the companies courier (Evri) and this was collected and returned almost 3 weeks ago - no confirmation of receipt by L'Or so tried to connect with customer service.
"Your call is very important to us" - yet after a total of over 2 hours on hold over 6 separate phone calls you are not able to get through to anyone.
Contact us webform does not allow for you to chase on an open case as the autogenerated e-mail does not allow for user replies - this is a very basic requirement in case management to stop duplicate threads from being created by the webform. No timeframe given for when to expect a response ANYWHERE online.
The online chatbot is beyond unhelpful so I wouldn't even bother.
Currently having to raise a payment dispute via PayPal (which is ludicrous considering the scale of L'Or operations).
TLDR: spend the extra money and buy elsewhere.

I bought a lor machine via the lor site. It didn't turn up tracking said on it's way. BUT! THEY USE EVRI TO DELIVER THEIR MACHINES!!!! POOF!!! IT VANISHED INTO THIN AIR, NOW THERE'S A SURPRISE!!! Now after finding this out chose not to reorder so bought from Curry's didn't have all the pods with it but at least won't be letting anyone down. My advise is don't use anyone who uses EVRI to deliver it won't arrive.

I would rate 0 stars if possible, ordered a Black Friday bundle received all my coffee pods and no machine. Tried to talk to their useless customer service desk who told me I'd have to re order for an INCREASED price and offered me a discount code which never arrived... Still waiting for my refund who knows if or when that will arrive. Absolutely shambles of a company it's a shame I like their coffee.

I have it 3 stars because I actually like their coffee but their website and customer service is horrendous. Bought a barista coffee machine Shiah is just ok.
- The coffee machine is very loud. The top lid is a bit flimsy. The “bin” for empty pods is too small and needs to be emptied all the time. You can’t turn the machine on ahead of making your coffee which I find irritating.
- I subscribe to their newsletter to get a discount code. It never came through. Wrote 2 emails to customer service, never got a reply.
I’d probably stick to nespresso.

Super disapointed with customer service. Got an order of a coffee machine and coffe pods for a gift. The box came terribly squashed and all pod boxes were open and disfiggured badly. Not suitable for gifting.
Send 2 emails and never got a responce. VCalled and stay for one hour on wait till line got disconnected. Wouldn't recomend this company to anyone

I knew I should have checked here first. Utter nightmare of a company. Emailed then to say their automated address system had logged the delivery address incorrectly. No response now dispatched to a useless address!
Don't order! They'll take your money and give nothing back
I ordered coffee capsules online and received a confirmation email. A week later I called customer services and was told that they would look into it and email me - no email received. I emailed them - no response. I called customer services again and was told that the order was not going to be processed (not clear why) and that I would be refunded and emailed confirmation of this. No email received. So I requested a refund via paypal. Finally, customer services initiated contact with me via email to say that they would NOT now refund me because I had asked for the refund via paypal! So they ignore me repeatedly, take my money and then refuse to refund me!
