Worst customer service
Ordered a bunch of pods unbeknown to me they have a 3rd party company on Australia. Order confirmed (remember the word confirmed). After they confirmed, some items are out of stock, do I want a replacement. Hang on, it was confirmed! I give them an alternative which they advise they have plenty of stock in. Now apparently their Terms & Conditions state a 3- 5 working days before they ship. So you send an email after this time, where's my goods. Oh so sorry we had to wait for a shipment. Hang on, didn't you confirm my order and have plenty of stock? So sorry, it will be dispatched no later than Tuesday. We'll guess what, Tuesday comes and goes and still not dispatched. You send another email saying I want a refund. No sorry, can't do that once the order is confirmed. Its Australia Posts fault. Hang on, you are confirming non existent stock and going against your own Terms and Conditions and Auspost haven't even got it because you can't provide a tracking number. Lodge a chargeback with my card company and tah dah, goods dispatched. Fancy that!

Love the machine....had a few difrent makes of coffee machines over the years and this is the best I've had....good price and a wide range of compatible pods that fit it...even lidals has 20 pods for a few quid in a few difrent flavors...its just quick and easy to use....Ime shocked about the bad reviews to be honest ....the dealings I have had with the after sales and customer care as been easy and strait forward and in a timely manor....can't fault them at all
Absolutely the worst online shopping…
Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Not only is the website and it's links an appalling failure, the customer service is dreadful, and they have my money whilst I don't have my goods - isn't that theft?. I made a simple order of 3 coffee-pod packs on the 24th June 2024. By 27th - the day of the expected delivery - the Amazon Shipping tracking stopped updating - and remains so. I contacted L'Or Customer Relations on the 28th and was told to wait until the Monday (1st July). On the Monday I was told again to wait another 48 hours. I have contacted them again, including a message to Jacob Douwe Egbert Professional department (because the consumer portal refused to forward my message saying Bad Gateway!) but there has been no reply. My paid-for goods are in limbo, L'Or have made no effort (as far as I am aware) to get the item to me, and I am sitting here out of pocket. If you want to be treated as an unimportant customer then, go ahead, buy from L'Or: you won't be disappointed. Aside from taking legal action I am out of options.

Last week our machine broke down 9 months after it was sent as a replacement for previous machine that again only lasted about 9 months.
L’Or customer service excellent.
Philips machine quality very unsatisfactory. In both cases we got a new machine within a week.
It seems however that the 2 years L’Or warranty runs from date of purchase of original machine. If this is the case then machine 3 only has a couple of months warranty remaining. Hopefully the Philips will apply for the full 2 years.
Wrong machine delivered, can't reach customer service
Ordered a coffee machine with pods about 3 weeks ago. Delivery went smoothly, however I ordered an Original coffee machine and a Sublime Compact was delivered.
I've tried to get in touch with customer service multiple times over the past 2 weeks, but I can't seem to get in touch with anyone.
Now the 14 days return period has passed so I'm probably stuck with the wrong machine.
Shocked most appalling customer service
We are shocked by the way we have been treated by Lo'r Customer Service,as this was our only way of getting help. Our coffee machine stopped working within 5 months of purchase called for advice no advice offered. Asked if we could speak to Manager/ Supervisor they said no then the advisor decided to hang up on my husband. We called back we was then promised to get a call back, no call back promised an email how to send coffee machine back, no email. This is not acceptable treating your customers this way shame on you.

The usual general conditions of online sales are applicable.”
I won’t be ordering from these people they clearly are uninterested in their customers as they evidently don’t read these reviews!
3rd machine faulty but Customer Service very professionalfessional
Bought machine on Black Friday Offer but no coffee after 3 attempts. No water coming out since it did not perforate properly and no water coming out. Called customer service and on hold for 23 minutes. A girl answered my call and could not find my order and cut me off! Tried 3 times and finally got somebody who suggesteted that I try to push the perforator in and out and solve the problem but it did not work. Filled in an email and waited for collection. Was collected and got new machine which stopped working after 5 coffees! Same problem and no water coming through. Was returned and I insisted on 20 new pods since I had wasted so many trying to get it work. He would write to Management but no pods received after 2 weeks. New machine does work and the coffee does taste great. If you want this machine then buy through Amazon which has a better customer service and sell 2000+ per month. Very disappointed in their customer service after spending at least 3 hours on the phone and their £20 discount is ludicrous since most capsules are already discounted.
3rd machine is faulty which is really bad. However, customer service was very professional and has dealt with my complaint in a very professional manner. Five stars for customer service but only four stars for the machine and overall experience.
Faulty machine and Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, buyer beware! Purchased a Lor machine direct. Within 10month this has broken. Customer emails ignored and calls poorly managed. Three weeks I have had two emails ignored and called 5 x as they want to collect the faulty machine but I’m still waiting for this to be arranged as agreed. No I have no machine and they refuse to replace or refund despite it being under a two year warranty.

Scammed by L'or. Bought a machine on the promise of a £20.00 voucher towards next coffee purchase over £50.00. Tried to use voucher but because everything on website is already discounted in bunndles the code would not applly and I paid the full amount of the order. Customer services refused to refund order after only 5 minutes of it being placed. Avoid. Theiving sh*tes.
Dangerous Chemicals on Decaf coffee
After reading this reviews . I must say I did not experience an issue with delivery or machine .
My issue is this the actual Coffee quality. I buy Norma coffee and decaf coffee .
There is something seriously wrong with the decaf coffee it makes you very sleepy . Something it’s not right and don’t get me wrong i used this coffee brand for nearly one year.
I am really curious to know what they wash their coffee with what chemicals? Coz something it’s unsafe out there

I am a genuine customer , ordered the sublime machine with some extra pods. Machine arrived within 3 days and all worked well, love the machine and coffee great. L'or did mix up the pods order with 1 pack of 10 missing from order of over 150 pods.
Phoned customer services, explained, they apologized and refunded £3.75 for 1 x pack of 10 pods and said that they would send me a £10 off voucher code to use off next order.
THIS IS THE CON:
As others have said that it is impossible to redeem the voucher for online orders as L'or have permanent discounted lines, and in the small print it states that you cannot use more than 1 x discount code on a single order BUT L'or class the order already discounted at source - SO IMPOSSIBLE TO REDEEM MY £10 compensation voucher - Thus a genuine customer feels ripped off - great way to form a long lasting trustful relationship - very annoyed and feeling conned !!

Sent the wrong items and didnt help
Tried ordering L'or pods for the barista which are exclusive pods. The package arrived but had a totally incorrect order in meant for someone else. Upon calling L'or they first hung up after I held for 15 minutes. The second time after 20 minutes waiting I was told to reorder and I would receive a refund and a 30% off code as a gesture. But this code cannot be used on any discounted products and their products are always discounted so totally useless. Won't be reordering safe to say

I ordered a Sublime coffee machine on 5 January, on Monday 8th my account had the order marked as delivered. I called customer services at 10:38 today and was told Amazon had collected this on 6th Jan, so I contacted carrier & they advised me they’d tried to collect but my package was not available. Called customer services again at 14:30 & was told the parcel had been lost within their facility and that I’d have to wait for them to find it and resolve the issue or I need cancel it to get a refund. They did not offer any sort of express delivery or compensation
The fact that they have not replied to a single review on TrustPilot shows they have no respect for their customers

Very dissapointing service!
Ordered the black friday deal for my autistic son aa he wanted this for ages and it was affordable. Only a portion of the pods arrived, not the coffee machine or majority of pods, although stated delivered. Told by LOR they just refund and couldn't have deal again as price had gone up by £30 in days even though it was not our fault it had not arrived, and they wouldn't budge! Seems very few people recieve their machines going by these reviews! Awful!!
No delivery service
As a customer, you will never receive your coffee machine as you will be informed your coffee machine has returned to sender on delivery date by Amazon shipping company. Their customer service will only refund to you and ask you to re-order the machine again. However, you will eventually receive the same email again from the Amazon shipping. It totally wastes your time.
