Website doesnt working for complaint

I bought a perfume on the Friends and Family promotion and it arrived broken. The L'Oréal website isn't working for complaints. I tried emailing them, but I believe it was sent to another country. In short, they can't help. I'm at a loss.

Colours have changed!

Colours have changed!! Been using the same 2 for years, no.634 and no.734 and they are completely different. Very very disappointed and L’Oréal are obviously not bothered as no replies from them on here and no response from them dorectly

Products that don't work & poor response from L'Oreal.

ELVIVE GLYCOLIC GLOSS (x1) and ELVIVE BOND REPAIR (x1) products returned to head office (including paid postage by me) due to the products leaving my hair coarse and dry - clearly, it didn't do what it was supposed to do according to the L'Oreal hype! L'Oreal UK refused to reimburse or refund even as a good will gesture. Don't buy these overhyped products - I won't be making that mistake again!

Tried getting onto the friends and…

Tried getting onto the friends and family sale. This website is an absolute nightmare. Spent 3 hours trying to buy stuff to be told every time that there is an undefined error. I’ve given up with it. It’s like this every year. It’s about time this company sorted this out or it just goes to prove L’Oréal just don’t care.

The new L’Oréal excellence hair dye…

The new L’Oréal excellence hair dye packaging/reformulation is appalling. Used it for 15 years and now it’s too thick or the packaging to rigid- impossible to squeeze out without decanting . The actual colouring quality is worse. I buy in bulk not to ever run out, now stuck with unusable product. I wonder if somebody actually tested it. How could it have been allowed on the market for home use ?

no customer service disgraceful not interested in any thing now a product company that needs to be exposed for what they really are the saying your worth you are so use another company as your worth it to
i changed my Deodorant to see below. Bought these from a retailer

Since using this Product in June i had Lumps in Arm Pit
after a dose treatment was okay i had started to use the product again and had a similar problem
so i have stopped using teh product and changed to another product and i am fine

i cannot get a refund From ASDA as one is partly used the other is not used but they will not refund

Examination: One isolated infected sweat gland in left axilla, not hydradenitis and never had it at all before right one in June.
Says clari didnt do much then had amoxicillin from dentist and it helped.
Plan: Fluclox 5d and annual DM2 bloods.

After many years of using hair color

After many years of using hair color, I never had a problem until recent, and I just wanted to make L oreal aware in case there was a problem with the product that was being sold so others wouldn’t experience a problem or if there needed to be a recall, my hair became very brittle and broke and dried right away And I never leave the hair color in very long. It’s just to remove a few grays when I contacted them. They were rude. I called 3x. 2 of the workers that I spoke to were so rude and accusatory that I didn’t properly use the product. they said they would send a $10 coupon just to shut me up , after thinking about my experience with L Oreal which I will no longer purchase there’s so many other companies I’d rather give my money to The rude customer service representative also said she could suggest which hair repair conditioners I should buy The treatment that I received over the phone was worse than the product itself.

I don't recommend L'Oreal Hyaluron Expert Night Cream Mask

I recently bought the hyaluron expert night cream mask. I have used L'oreal products before and I have been ok but this products is a no no. The next day my skin was itchy and peeling and I cannot use and I can't give it away as I am not happy with the product.

I contacted L'oreal about it and they said they would give me... can't remember it I was told if it would be a voucher or just a refund. Anyhow, they started emailing me regarding receiving a Candex payment. Who the dickins are Candex? Never heard of the company so I contacted L'oreal, I was told that they are similar to paypal and I would need to attach them to my bank account! I don't think so for one transaction, I will never use "Candex" especially after I have read their reviews which aren't very good! I asked if could receive a voucher instead. I was told that someone will contact me, weeks have passed and I have heard nothing!

I would not recommend this product range it says for sensitive skin and obviously it is not.

customer service a disgrace! i reported a serious allergic reaction to a product and no one even bothered to get back to me!!! you then try to call their customer service phones and no one answers despite being a global company!!!!

Product arrived damaged back in April no refund

Product arrived damaged back in April
Emails ignored or promises made which never materialise.
Lost track of how many calls and emails sent.
Still awaiting refund of over £100
Order is FNF6627969 in case they suddenly decide to investigate!

I use your infallible foundation as…

I use your infallible foundation as it’s the only foundation I like because of its excellent coverage but you seemed to have changed the formula because it seems a bit more orange now.
I like loreal a lot for shampoo, skin care and foundation but I do not like the paradise mascara and primer- other than the paradise items- loreal is great!

Faulty Colourant No Offer to Put Right

Bought a colourant, the same one I have bought many times over the years. Should be Very Light Beige Blonde, result dark and ginger. Even worse I bought two boxes the same. Contacted customer care. Not much care. Accepted colourant was faulty. Offered a voucher to cover one colourant, Told to return unused one to store bought from, no offer to put things right after ruining my weekend away. Very bad service
