Beautifully fresh flowers
So easy to order online & my friend said they were beautiful. I saw them a couple of days later & I was so happy, they were as fresh as the day they'd been delivered even in this heat, very good value for money too.

I ordered an item which was due to be in the garden centre on 28th July, it was not sent to the centre in time for Tuesday, therefore they sent it out to me by courier the following day. The staff were extremely helpful, thank you

It was well packed and the products correct. The only minor problem was we were expecting it at 09.30 to 10.30 and it arrived at 16.30

Due to incorrect order being sent, I am waiting for three replacement items in the order I require which are not now in stock I have been told that when they come back in the stock they’ll send them out to me but inconvenient as I would like my garden completed so hopefully we’ll hear back from the company very soon.

I’m really unhappy with the purchase
I’m really unhappy with the purchase. Not only did the first delivery get cancelled, when the stock did get delivered one of the rolls was torn straight through the middle. Aside from that, I was told I was being delivered a freshly cut batch and the turf is sold as premium quality turf but it certainly doesn’t look like a premium quality. I’ve laid the turf, it’s 3 or 4 different shades of green, with large sections dried out despite having a good soak of water. For the price you pay I would’ve expected much better.
