It was very easy to buy tickets and they were received promptly. There is lots of information about visiting which is very helpful. I recommend the official site especially since there is no skip the line option anyway. Plus you can trust it.

Unfortunately, I only realized too late that these were completely overpriced reseller tickets. I would have only paid a third of the cost directly at the theater, especially since I'm going with my three children and they offer a children's discount. I wanted to give my parents a special gift, and now I hope this expensive show will be an unforgettable experience for everyone!

I had a genuinely excellent experience with LondonTheatre.co.uk.

I had booked two tickets for my wife and her dad to see Oliver! and had also purchased Ticket Protection. Sadly, her dad is extremely unwell with advanced cancer and his condition deteriorated to the point where they were no longer able to attend.

The standard Ticket Protection normally provides a voucher rather than a refund, but after I explained the circumstances and asked whether they could make a compassionate exception, Michael from the Customer Experience team arranged a full refund back to my original payment method.

I completely understood that this was outside their normal policy, so I was incredibly grateful for the kindness, understanding and discretion shown. At what is a very difficult time for our family, it meant a great deal to be treated like a person rather than simply being referred back to the terms and conditions.

Easy. Website, clear informatiom. Only lost a star as no PayPal option

Went to a matinee of Ride The Cyclone with and on recommendation of my 21 year old. Absolutely brilliant. Foyer area was themed like a fair ground. Theatre itself is quite small (about 300 capacity) so felt very intimate and all seats tiered so excellent view. The musical score was fabulous and the performers were so talented. Sudden tragic death may be an unusual concept for a musical but although poignant this production was joyful and uplifting.

I found out about the musical from a London Theatre email. We had been looking for a new performance for an upcoming trip. The musical sounded like a lot of fun. The website ticket selection feature showed me the relative size of the venue and how much we would pay for seats still available. The ticket price was reasonable and we are seated in the first row of the rear stalls. I was glad to find those seats as I should not have to avoid other patrons to see the stage. I knew with the musical’s description and the ticket pricing schematic of the venue that we had found a good selection for theatre on this visit to London.
