Grateful for Finnian's help!
The AI bot was frustrating and didn't help. Thankfully I was then able to reach Finnian at Customer Service, who was not only helpful and resolved my query but also very kind and human about it. It really made a difference in my perceptions of London Theatre; before talking to him I'm not sure I would have used the platform again, given my frustration with the AI response.

Although it took very considerable effort and persistence, London Theatre finally responded and have now dealt with the matter, which so far as I am concerned is now closed.

They advertise a full refund but don't provide it -instead they offer you a voucher. In addition they neither provide a telephone number nor email address but instead direct one to an AI assistant.
All in all London Theatre is a scam and a rip off - VISIT LONDON and UK Government department responsible for tourism will be informed and hopefully take action to shut this booking agency down.

Ticket prices more expensive than other sites
While London Theatre is a reputable and reliable site for tickets, they consistently charge higher prices than the other sites. Every single ticket is always £3 more each than other sites, so only used them as I had a gift certificate I needed to spend.

Do not buy tickets for Abba Voyage at London theatre! The tickets are approx. 20% more expensive than in other places. And the "ticket protection" that sounds very good only give you a voucher, not the money back.
