The pass includes most of the attractions in the city and also offers discounts in some bars/restaurants (just on selected products in the menu). The price is honestly a bit high, so the pass could... See more

The London pass is very easy to use. You just need to program your own schedule for the attractions that you want to go and that is.

We expected more for the service hop on and hop off. The frecuency of the buses wasnt convenient.
Some atraccions were closed due to the hot western but, in general, the experience was great

Unfortunately, in practice, the pass did not live up to your service promises. Instead of simplifying our stay and allowing us flexible and uncomplicated access to various attractions, we were confronted with significant restrictions, long waiting times, additional costs, and, in our opinion, an inadequate selection and quality of partner services.
Due to these significant shortcomings, I believe a partial refund of the purchase price is justified.
Our stay was significantly impacted by the following issues in particular:
1. Repeatedly Unacceptable Waiting Times with Big Bus Tours
We had to wait for a Big Bus Tours bus on several occasions, sometimes for over an hour. During these waits, numerous buses from other providers, including Golden Tours, drove past us. The long and repeated waits were particularly frustrating, as they put us at risk of missing our pre-arranged appointments.
To keep to our plans, we were repeatedly forced to resort to the subway. This resulted in additional transportation costs, even though the use of the bus service was supposed to be included in the Go City Pass.
In our opinion, it is unacceptable that a service included in the pass could not be used effectively due to its repeatedly unreliable availability, forcing us to incur additional expenses.
2. Unsatisfactory Quality of Dining Partners
The dining partners offered also failed to meet our expectations. Some of the selected restaurants are located significantly away from the main attractions, unnecessarily lengthening our walking distances and making it considerably more difficult to plan our day.
As a result, we increasingly felt like we were constantly being sent back and forth on site, instead of being able to meaningfully and quickly combine the attractions and services of the pass.In addition, the food quality was, in our opinion, inadequate. The fish and chips at "Seashell," for example, were served with very poor-quality fries. The Indian curry was also disappointing in terms of both quality and portion size, and by no means lived up to what we would have expected from a pass advertised as high-quality.
3. Impractical App Structure and Lack of Flexibility
We also found the app's structure to be not very user-friendly. Dividing the attractions into different categories or sections instead of by geographical proximity unnecessarily complicates on-site planning. Especially for a tourist pass for a large city like London, a sensible orientation based on location and distance would be much more helpful.
Due to the combination of the confusing app structure, the widely separated partner locations, and the unreliable bus connections, we repeatedly felt like we were being made to take unnecessary detours and constantly being shuttled back and forth between different places. This significantly hampered our stay and wasted a lot of time.
Furthermore, the rigid requirement for certain activities to be used on specific days severely limited our planning. The lack of flexibility meant we had to change our original plans several times. Under these circumstances, we didn't actually save any money.
Overall, due to the aforementioned limitations, the repeated problems with partner services, and the additional transportation costs, the Go City Pass did not provide the expected value for us.
I therefore request that you carefully review my case and offer me a reasonable partial refund. Please inform me promptly of the amount you can reimburse us, given the significant limitations and additional costs described.

Best city pass I have used, easy and efficient for all the major sights and many extras in London!

No brainer, good value for money. We booked the 4-day pass and planned our itinerary around it, using it on four consecutive days to hit the major sights back-to-back.
The web app was easy to use, and every attraction we visited accepted the pass without issue. We also got a 10% discount at booking, and overall we're fairly certain we saved around $200 per person.
Didn't use it for any food perks, but for attractions alone it's well worth it.
Just plan your route in advance so consecutive-day use lines up with opening hours and availability.

Great value to explore London.
Managing the reservations on the app was great and being able to see what else is nearby.

It’s a good pass
But the time limit on it is very restrictive
U really have to just go go to get to see a few places
Cuz everything end up being lined to get in
I think it’s pretty expensive for how much u can be able to use it
So I’m really disappointed with that
I don’t feel like I got $600 worth out of it
Remember places are from one end to the other
If u don’t plan out your daily activities it’s a waste of money u losing alot a lot of time
So hopes this helps
Too expensive for the time u given
Yes more days cost more money as well
So it’s a no win situation

The London Pass has all the attractions we wanted to see and visit, plus the restaurants and food tasting walks; it's just a matter of good planning. It's really value for money, highly recommended. Can't wait to get back to London.

Several of the activities are just there to make the choices wider but are not relevant.
More importantly it is close to impossible to know how many credits have been use. This is a major flaw.
Great to skip the lines everywhere and to have everything prepaid.

The London pass gave us access to a variety of different experiences. It was hard due to crowds to fit in more than a few each day. Also it sometimes only allowed you to access the experience in the afternoon when it was extremely busy.Morning access would work much better when it is hot.

Excellent value and would not hesitate to buy it again on any future trips to London

The London Pass was a bit misleading, as London Pass holder there were entry restrictions which were not diclosed on website prior to puchase the tickets. For example London pass holder were not allowed to enter Windsor Castle untill after lunch, which missed the most important event of changing of the guard at the castle. Also as London Pass holder we had to que up in a special line to enter Westminster Abbey, entract que was about a hour waiting, where as normal ticket holder can walk straight in without waiting in line.
