Try being proactive
The case didn't arrive at the notified time. After a couple of days I rang to find out where the delivery was and they told me it had been damaged and they never sent it. Would have been nice to have been told!
Credited in full, which is why I gave them 2 stars, but a little proactivity would have been appreciated.
I wonder what would have happened had I not chased?

Suitcase is great
Suitcase is great - I ordered a Samsonite and it is exactly as described. The personalisation was correct.
The problem was the delivery - was 4 days late.

Very good an reliable
I ordered a cabin luggage on the 19/12 for which i got an automated acknowledgement. But by the 22nd there was no communication about the progress. So I sent an email and the process started. I also received a reply which shows LL cares.
I would recommend LL to friends.
