Phillip Gorman was my plumber today he was on time, polite, he worked extremely hard to clear the blockage in my kitchen sink as it was a very difficult blockage and he cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased with his work. If I could have given him 10 stars I would have.

Liam B came today to fit 2 new taps for me from your company. He was really polite & courteous.
He fitted the taps then made a point of explaining where I could turn taps off from mains if there was an emergency.
What a great lad very professional & knowledgeable. 5☆

Rob did an Absolutely fantastic job…
Rob did an Absolutely fantastic job done on the blocked waste pipe connected to my washing machine, which was backing up, smelling foul and stopping my machine from working. As a mum to three children the washing machine is used everyday!! I don’t have time for it stopping!! Well I called them out and within 4 hours an engineer was here.
Thanks to rob everything is all cleared and drainage system is actually working now:) thank you so much

We got back to our flat late to discover water backing up into our bath and all of the plumbing linking from the bath, the sink and the kitchen blocked. Another plumbing company quoted us for a very expensive and extensive repair that could take up to 3 hours +. Phillip turned up afterwards at 11 that night on zero notice and fixed the blockage within 30mins- resolving the problem straight away, explaining the issue was caused by the wider users in the building, and provided advice on how to avoid the issue happening again in the future. A massive thank you to him!
