dress very cheaply made. Have requested return instructions twice and have not heard back from you am now going to pay pal to demand my money back. I have a record where I requested sip back instructions. ill never order from you again.

It was really cute and I liked it but the part around the neck was tight and seemed to come with a watermark stain on the dress and I don’t know if it came from the shipping or not.

I love my dress! It fits perfect and just as pretty in person! It was worth the wait!

What ever you do....seriously consider ordering a dress from this site. Our dress was an altered mess. There’s no way to contact them. I messaged them over a week with no response from their messenger website or emailing them. I will be turning them into the BBB. We spent money on an altered dress and received a dress that can be pulled up to our daughters armpits and top is like a tent. This is a site I would personally suggest your reconsider.

I have recommended this company in the past. In November 2018 I ordered 2 separate dresses for an event and they shipped very quickly and were great. They looked as pictured and I had no issue whatsoever. I tried to go through this company again this year for the same event. I order my dress November 22, 2019 and I need it for December 21st, 2019. I have been trying to contact this company now through email, paypal, etc just to get a status update as my order still reflects processing 3 weeks later. If my dress isn't made, fine, but at least let me know that so I can purchase a gown from elsewhere and I'm not scrambling last minute to buy one. I've heard nothing back at this point and I'm quite upset.

Please do not order from this site! I ordered a dress for my granddaughter's homecoming and we were so upset. I will say the dress was gorgeous as pictured but DID NOT FIT! we ordered a size 12 to ensure the top fit which it did but she could not zip the back to the waist (it was a backless dress) the girl wears a size 4 pant!! I was thinking I may have had to take the sides in a bit but no such luck and there was no way of letting the seams out. I have tried several times to contact the company with NO luck. Once they have your money they are done with you. It claims on the website they keep extra material for each dress they make but if they don't answer your emails it is a complete waste. Needless to say we had to go out and purchase another dress for the occasion. We will NEVER use this site again and of course she's told all of her friends too!

We requested for a refund as the dress did not arrive by the date promised. We had to get another dress from somewhere else for the prom. We asked for a refund, but discovered lolipromdress.com had told the shipper to destroy the package. The shipper refused to do so, as they wondered how we would get our money back on the item if they did. We emailed lolipromdress.com and they told us there is no way for a package to be shipped back to them as they have no return address, and instructed us to accept the package.

Ordering was super easy, my package arrived in a sufficient amount of time. Very soon and I am actually ordering again soon.

Great dress and color is awesome.. unfortunately the sleeve width is too narrow

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and gave them all the measurements needed to ensure I had to do NO alterations. When I received her dress, it was exactly as pictured! The dress fit so amazing. My daughter was Ecstatic and her prom night was GREAT. Thank you for everything. I will use this service again and recommend others to use it. The dress was affordable, the color was exactly as I pictured and it fit!!!

The dress looks exactly like the picture,the only is the fabric is not Silk.

This site has beautiful dresses for awesome prices! unfortunately it must be a fairytale! i ordered my dress a month in advance...(no problem because i paid extra for expedited shipping just incase right?). wrong . this site not only never sent the dress by the claimed date .. but never shipped it at all! in fact 3 full weeks after the date they emailed to ask "do you still want us to ship the dress?it will be there in 3 days" i was beyond frustrated but seeing it was my senior prom and this was the dress i wanted so bad i said yes . ITS NOW THE WEEK OF MY PROM and i had to get a whole other dress. they emailed me again (also they are very hit and miss with replying and not kind and reassuring when you finally do hear from them) but long story short after 4 weeks (after the said date of arrival) i told them i just want a refund! my proms over theyve wasted my time enough . and they told me you can get a 50% refund and have your expedited shipping refunded!!! i CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH IT IS NOT WORTH IT THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND. please dont put yourself through this if i can prevent atleast one girl from having to go through what i did my job is done here. i dont usually write bad reviews but this was honestly ridiculous no ones prom deserves to be ruined like this. (maybe if you order a year in advance youll receive your order i wouldnt know)... dont let the good reviews full you like they did me. cheap isnt always the way to go!

Scam don't order from them dress looks nothing like the picture the fabric is so cheap looks like drapes I'm livid right now! had to rush and buy my daughter another dress the day before prom worst online ordering experience ever!

the dress is amazing. I'm only giving it 4 stars though because I wish the top was a bit longer as it is a two piece and it just looks a little strange. Also it arrived 2 days late and I did pay extra but at least it wasn't a week. The customer service and help email is very good and helpful as well.

I was leery at first about buying from LoliPromDress. But once I actually received my dress, it is everything I have ever wanted, and more. The quality is amazing, and it is exactly how I wanted it! It fits perfect too! I was contacting the company about my concerns, and they were very willing to listen. I will be buying again from this company. Very happy U.S. customer!!

I am very disappointed with this online shop.
I ordered a dress a month ago with express delivery, and paid extra to get my dress delivered on or before april 18th.
As I didnt recieve any information about the delivery status 3 weeks after I ordered, I tried contacting customer service on e-mail, to get a clue about whether or not my dress would arrive on time.
I tried e-mailing them at least 5 times, with no answer. On monday april 15th I got a mail saying that the dress was shipped out now, and when I tracked my order on DHL it said that the estimated delivery date was april 23th!!!!! 5 days after the date that i paid my dress to arrive on!
I need my dress on april 21st for my sisters wedding, and now I won't recieve it on time. And due to holidays and closed stores, I dont have time to find a new dress!!!
And of course, their customer service is non-excisting. No answers, no updates, and no apologies.
