I am glad everyone else has had good luck with these guys, my experience was maybe the one that just did not work. Lester and the team promised me the sky and i got the ground. I paid those guys for several things and each time i wanted something changed or added even tho it was on our initial agreement they wanted more money to get it done, this was supposed to be a custom website built from scratch well i found wording and writing saying sign in to your word press account.

Don't get me wrong the website looked ok the features could have been a lot better but the security features were not there, first of all i had no access to gain full control of this site, logomines can log in and access anything at any time, i could not change my log in or password so when i told them about it they kept telling me it is a secure site you have nothing to worry about, then they finally put a password that i could change but the previous password and user name was still active so they can log in and see my customers information and my login to my merchant service, that is not what we agreed on. This site has information about our services but also has a shopping feature, information had to be kept secure and logomines did not keep there end of the agreement. finally i had a local IT company look in to this site and they told me that this is just a bare minimum of a few scripts written in there to make this site work and they also said they could actually hack this site if they wanted to because of the log in security features are not there. I had this feeling when i saw my dashboard and how locked up it was could not add any features unless i paid for it dearly.

I finally had a company in town redo everything with a different design and all the security features and the ability of the company to take over access to the entire site once everything was done and if we wanted more additional things put in it would not cost us thousands of dollars. Be cautions of who your using for a web designer i did not even ask for a refund since it took these guys six months to get my website up and running i kept telling them i need this site live week after week and nothing. i would reconsider and find someone else.

I’m very impressed with how my logo came out... they did a very good job and brought my thoughts to life in this logo..I would recommend them to everyone who would like to represent their company with a drawing image

I had a wonderful experience with Logomines in designing a Logo for me the officers were very patient all through the process. even though I had to make many changes in the design, all the changes were well accommodated. Mark Stevens was so helpful. His customer service was very excellent. I enjoyed working with him.

When I began our project, I expected the type of service that one typically gets in this industry. Slow call backs, issues with time zones, language barriers. However, even though Lester seems to be of an English heritage, or at least brought up in and English household, language was not an issue. Since they are in Miami, the time zone was also not an issue.
Our project was not your typical challenge. It was a more then a custom design. Lester understood our goals, and came through with exactly i had in my head as a vision. The mobile version also works perfectly. This project took more energy and time then I think Lester even anticipated. Regardless of the challenges, Lester did not come back to me with upsell requests, or time table extensions. What he said it would cost, was exactly what it costs. And just as importantly to me, and perhaps more important then even price, was their customer service. Always, and I mean always, was there for us. You won't go wrong when choosing this company. Ask for the English guy...LESTER!.
