It is me again - you can read my previous reviews!

LOGOMINE - and those who are behind this company- are deceiving their customers with their promises but when comes to delivery they are unable to make a quality work or job well done.
I paid & 6,000 US for Social Media Marketing for two Month of period, back in 2020 December and didn’t happened till today -Holidays are coming again- and the Cake far was written by me in July.

Whomever is reading this review and is thinking that can be helpful with sharing similar experience - you can contact me - because I will not let go this issue as I did when they didn’t even bother to answer my lawyer’s letter, sent two years ago with the same problem.

EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS (EIS) this time is looking for an effective solution.

I gave ONE Star for the RATE only because there is no option for less.

Let me share my experience with this company who lured me into believing that I hired a professional team to build me a website for my business and trusted them to take care of my SMM-Social Media Marketing.

Be aware :they claim a policy for Money Back guarantee but THERE IS NO SUCH A THING AS GUARANTY with this company AND ESPECIALLY THERE IS NO REFUND !

My Journey begun in 18th of February 2020 and I paid in total amount over $ 19,000 US ( and as a Canadian with the exchange rate today this is $25,000 CA) and my projects of building the website and correcting the developer’s mistake wasn’t finished till 2023 July, the SMM is unbelievably expensive for what they deliver and still didn’t happened.

As you guess my opinion about this company that has no integrity - I stop counting their representatives at 16th person+ of course is not flattering and I did vented and voiced several times - sending them a Lawyer Letter in 2021 and never got a replay - So I was generous this time again and I give them the option to refund me and let’s forget about each other but NO!

I was refused with the excuse for the work already they done for SMM but I couldn’t approve because would ruin my professional reputation too.

Since refunding me is not an OPTION according to my current Project Manager- and in top of these negotiations or I do t even know how to categorize the conversations -now I’m cornered into ACKNOWLEDGING THEIR PROPOSAL GIVEN IN 2020 November.

Any advise is welcome or mediation between me and this company because simply, I have no choice but finish this SMM for my Emotionally Intelligent Solutions ((EIS) the way they offer. I even filled out a questionnaire for my Expectations and request regarding the SMM - so let’s see!

In three Months Check Out the end result - maybe they prove me wrong and finally I will got back something in the exchange for my invested money and time consuming work with these projects.

I am challenging them with this review also to prove me wrong for this amount of money I paid.

Thank you for reading my review and imagine my very tiring experience in these economically difficult time with Logomines or ( hopefully not another name ) company.

I lost my website Tried getting a hold of them in all ways possible with the exception of flying there to meet them in person .....I have had problems with logomine almost from day 1 .....and kept giving them the benefit of the doubt . I was entirely wrong for continuing business with them ....do yourself a favor find a different company other than logomine

Complete SCAM!!! Buyers beware!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I am convinced that the positive reviews of this company are from their employees. I paid $1,999 for email and domain hosting as well as for a website and logo. It has been over a year and I have received nothing from this company. It is a complete scam. We are currently on our 3rd representative because our first representative was fired for illegal activity. Getting in touch with this company is impossible. They take your money and then are too incompetent to provide actual services. Please do not use this company for anything.

I want to give a shoutout of thanks to Kevin Robinson and his team for helping me build a website! I am impressed with the finished work, thank you for customizing the job according to what I need, and thank you for the excellent communication. Great work!

The company that I hired to build my websites and do the Trademarks, video animations, content etc. , Logomines turned out to be nothing but scam and unreliable employees. It’s been almost a year since I started to work with this company and nothing been done. You guys changed my reps 6 times and each one of you it’s just getting worst and worst with communication! None of you know what’s going on, weather is invoicing or an actual website design. The fact that you have yelled and scream at me THE COSTUMER and my architect, is not only unprofessional but also absolutely unacceptable! there was nothing but a disaster and disappointing experience with every each one of you. The amount of disrespect for clients that is going on in this company of yours, Logomines should be legally punished and disappear from face of earth. I have never been more verbally abused, disrespected and mistreated in business! You should be ashamed of yourself for such language. You are incompetent and unreliable company filled with employees who have no training how to not only speak with customers but also who has no knowledge about design as well as your own paperwork and invoices.

Bruce McGill helped me so much with everything I needed. A beautiful logo and extras that I didn’t know I needed, but I did. Thank you, Bruce.

At first it was challenging because I have a lot my ideas I prefer but Logomines made it simple for me. I really appreciate Mr Mark Wilson and Mr Bruce McGill for their professionalism to make my dream come through. This is Doublecrown to the world✌️.

Logo Mines stole my money and refuses to give me a refund. I have been working with them since 2017. I’m just started my business and I agreed to trust Mark Wilson and his company with the little savings I had to bring my dream website to life. I’ve worked with two of his employees before directly working with him and all they did was allowed me to keep paying money with promises of giving me a great website, doing marketing for my content and also securing a domain for me. It was all lies. I’ve spent a total of $4,000 with this company $700 of that they won’t refund me. I’m so disappointed they did that to me because I trusted them with my vision. I have screenshots to prove that the owner Mark Wilson is avoiding sending me a refund for services I never received! Don’t trust them!

I paid $700 2 years ago as a down payment to create a website and Logomines just took my money and never did anything. Every few months I contact them, they tell me I have a new project manager. He asked me to submit the information on what we need to work on. Every time they waste my time then they stop calling and contacting me. After a while they inform me that this particular project manager got sick, had a baby, had an operation,... then they inform me that there is a change of project manager again . I spoke with Ryan Peter, Scott Davis, Jordan Brown, Michael Stanton they are all really nice but nothing has been done.... If you see this review it means they did not do the website or return my money. Be careful.

Logo mines has done good work in the past for us which we were satisfied with and yet again and Morris came through with a great design for our app logo. I can say they are very reliable and are quick to adhere to customer's request in a timely manner.

Did a fantastic job in helping to create a thorough marketing plan that gauged the interest of targeted demographics with eye-catching graphic designs. Would definitely reccomend their marketing for any business plan.
