I had an old website for several years and I didn't have any issues with the old website. I decided to create the new website and hired LogoMajestic for creating the new website. It was good price for the website.
After several month my website stopped working and I contacted my hosting service and they told me contact the company who created the website for me. LogoMajestic told me that Hostgator doesn't have a good security and my website been destroyed. I told them if I can have the back files but they said they need to create the new website for me. After several talks with them in not polite manner we found that they have the back files and they can sell me them for $200. It was very wired to hear that but I paid them $200. They started offering me their hosting service and I told them just place my website back for now I will decide later if I would like to start using their hosting service. They ask me to pay them to make my website live again. And I paid them again. In a month my website stopped working again. I contact them and they told me that they placed my website on their hosting and I need to pay them for the hosting. I became very angry and I told them my website to my hostgator hosting. After several day the did it. After 2 month my website stopped working again. I decided to write this review to prevent others to work other people with this company.

Lots of reasonable words, obviously by foreigners, possibly from India. But after $1,200, no website and no refund, nor the decency to contact me back. Fraudulent company, I'm denouncing them. A pity, I thought it would be so nice to give young people a chance...

What they promised are fake, just try to deceive you to pay. Then, the nightmare began. They provided the worst design and website maintain. The website never function and customer services is nightmare. You can try to call their customer service, no one will answer your phone. Even they promised to give your money back, but they never did! They blocked you from their facebook page being scared of you are writing bad review, actually lots of customers are giving them 1 star, if I can I will give them no star!!! Don't use them, I want to ally other victims to launch a law suit against them. Anybody join, please let me know! Just try to call their number, you will know their line always automatically cut off for customer services and just go to look at their facebook review too. They block me from writing review. I did see some people have wrote bad reviews.

There all nice and grooming to there customers but that's all you get. I was given a generated logo, who anybody can do. All you do is put your company name in and POW! your given thousands of cartoon like logos. I as extremely upset, I paid 47.00 for a generated logo, with 5 options. when I could pay $9.99 for a generated logo with hundreds of options. So I called them out on it and then they quickly realized, I knew what they did. The nightmare hasn't started, I also purchased a $700 E-Commerce website since April, I placed the order with David M who told me Terry M will be creating my site. Nightmare begins...Terry was a scatterbrain. I wasn't selling anything or connected to pay pals, later found out I needed a basic website not E-Commerce like David told me I needed. Now its 4 months passed, I don't have a website or refund. At one point, there company line was disconnected, no email response and no online instant messaging. ALL OFF for two weeks. I was for sure convinced I was taken for my money. I finally got a hold of Harry M, who again was really nice and grooming, who told me I was going to receive my full refund within 24-48 hours, its been three weeks now and haven't received my full refund. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

LogoMagestic is full of nice, enthusiastic individuals, but this company is all over the map in terms of process, offerings, and follow up.
I own a small business and went to them with one request and paid $57 for a logo package. I admit giving them bad direction at first, but once we got rolling, it was totally unclear as to who was in charge. Someone would call me to try and up-sell me, I gave a bit of feedback to this person and the next thing I know, that was my revision request. When I asked for their revision process, I got a call...but it was obviously from someone in another country acting like they were in Florida. They're not. People in Florida don't make business calls at 6pm PST (9pm EST). When I asked pointed questions: How many cards do I get? Are their different quality cards avail? ...all that I got back were emails and calls that were more to sooth me, rather than directly answer me. They also put a lot of emphasis on pressuring for 5 star reviews before the work is done.
...and is my work done at this point? No idea. I still have questions floating out there and am moving on at this point.
The one bright point is the fact that I was ultimately happy with my design...but everything else gets off-track very quickly.

I worked with Jeff Williams at Logo Majestic and though I was very particular in what I was looking for, he took time to make sure that he did exactly what we were asking for and that we were satisfied with the results.

Jeff Williams answered my call after hours to correct an error made weeks ago, and he was able to get me exactly what I needed in order to run my business in a timely fashion.....Jeff I am THANKFUL!

They designed a logo and letterhead etc., for me very quickly, Listened to what I was looking for and the colors desired.

The website was not as fast. Things started out at gangbuster speed. And then slowed down. Until I paid more. And then slowed down. Make certain you know what you have paid for. Initial purchase did not include mobile application, which did cost more. Overall cost wound up being double my original cost and budget.

Some design flaws I thought were obvious. Bear in mind people are working on it from different countries than the US and so you may have to explain things a few time.

Overall, I am satisfied with the work. If I knew the total costs at the outset, I may have delayed the project.

Jeff Williams is the man, he did absolutely a wonderful Job, I am totally impressed with this service. #logomajestic

Logo Majestic designed a logo and symbol for our club. They had a challenge because the club is very old and has a traditional symbol and logo. We needed a more contemporary look without sacricificing the recognition value of our old one. LM did a great job. Also, they were . responsive to our many questions and requests about their proposed new designs and gave us all the help we needed. The package we purchased also included designs for a business card, stationery and other items. We were pleased to have these options though we have not used them yet.

Jeff Williams was great! He made sure I got the items that were not sent like they were supposed to. Once I notified Jeff that I had not received what was included in my package, he had it to me the very same day. Great customer service.

I contacted Logo Majestic because we needed a revised logo that was polished and more eye catching as well as professional. I am very glad we decided to proceed with them for our logo redesign. Dave was very helpful in coordinating with me what we needed. We sent our concepts to Logo Majestic and within a couple days Jeff Williams had transformed our previous logo into a awesome-looking new one. When the colors of the first draft didn't meet what I had in mind, I told Jeff and he revised it according to my specs. The final product was perfect and it was all finished in under a week and under a hundred bucks. Can't beat the price tag or the quality! I will use them again and reccomend them!

Having been around other websites that were being developed for other companies and friends for personal use I wasn't sure what to expect for my first time. This was a great experience, and with confidence I can say I would recommend LogoMajestic. The team kept me in the loop with constant e-mail contact, and were accessible by phone with any questions I had, or that they had for me.

I have looked around for a logo designer and design for an event I am organizing. I have worked with Jeff Williams for the last several days. He and his team have done an outstanding job. The design is exactly what I was looking and hoping for. Jeff is providing excellent customer service and support. Worked with Terry M, had a great experience. In short, would recommend and do again.

I'm from a start up in the Bay Area without an in-house designer and I had substantial reservations about how effective this would be. For the record, I was against it but one of our staff found this in a Google Search and the cost seemed okay. I didn't like their website as it was wayyy too spammy with Pop Up like graphics galore...but shoot, I needed a logo done. I couldn't do diddly without it: brochures, website re-vamp, tradeshow booth, banners, etc.

That said, I know the challenges between designers and their clients. Expectations, thoughts, ideas, feelings and such are hard to communicate and extremely subjective. Hence my initial reservations.

But we got it started, we drafted a couple ideas in-house with pen/pencil/colored pencils, found artistic elements we liked on Pinterest and did our crude fabrications with some free online logo editors.

We presented all of this to Terry and within a day, he came back with not just the promised three options, but four!

We are extremely grateful for the fourth option because the entire office unanimously picked that one. With a quick color tweak, we finalized the design and received the source files.

So overall, I'm pleased to have done this and glad I took the risk.
