Good price but...
I bought flights and hotel in Marsa Alam for 4 people.
Really bad customer service.
I needed to delay my flight departing (only mine) for few days and they told me that i had to do a whole new booking (flight + hotel) because i would loose my current booking !
They announce 50€ per checked luggage but in reality it's 198€.
The lady i had on the phone was really not helpfull.
On the online chat as i was talking about my passeport experition date, the lady told me that my passeport would be fine and that i wouldn't have any problem with customs even though i'll be missing 2 months.
But i checked with egyptian ambassy who told me that it wouldn't work.
