Exelent service and price

Booked a pair of front tyres in a week in advance for a Saturday morning at Stamford. Tried to phone to confirm, nobody answering phone. Arrived at the appointed time to be told no stock! Tyres for a Fiesta, one of the most common cars on the road. Best they can do is get some in on the Monday, no good as can only do weekends! A friend had his MOT booked in at the same depot and they said not on the system mate, he has had to rebook but neither of us will be using Lodge again. Was great service when it was kingsway but all the old staff have quit and the service is appalling!!

Poor Culter with management who are pretentious with their dealings with the company and the people they work for. They don't know how to ethically nurture staff to assist longevity and the expertise to evolve the business thus becoming victim to a typical blame culture and high staff turn over.

People in positions that are essentially not qualified or have winged it to where they are today. Be warey of wording from so called operation managers or directors who are unfortunately privelidged to dis credit people who are more skilled than they are that slow down the evolution process; subsequently taking credit for them selves.

Cring worthy operation and would whole heartily avoid seeking careers with these organisations. It's a shame to sucombe to primitive top down individuals.

To conclude, management prefer to dispose of staff that lack the support they should be given. NEPOTISM.

Lodge Tyres Fakenham. Took my car to have exhaust problem identified. Result was I needed new front flexi part and told they would have part in following. I duly returned the following day. Part fitted and paid for but the car appeared no quieter. Having waited over three hours I couldn’t face going back that day. Following day I took car back and after an inspection was told the rear end had blown. A rear part was ordered and the car duly returned the following day for fitting. The car exhaust was no quieter and I was told I now needed a complete new system because the catalytic converter was blown. The exhaust could be ordered. Before leaving a settled a further bill.

Aren’t these people exhaust specialists? Surely it shouldn’t be an expensive trial and error approach. Having been charged for two repairs I am far from happy.

My experience leaves me feeling they are totally incompetent

Fantastic Customer Sevice!!!
Today, I found myself in a complete pickle. I had a blow out at 5am and luckily was within a few miles of the Talke Lodge Tyre depot.
Les was an absolute god send and had me back on the road quicker than I could ever imagined.
If this garage was local to me, I would not hesitate to use it.

Cannot thank these guys enough. Brilliant service. Managed to blow a tyre on the A46 during morning rush hour. Had to pull over as best I could as no lay-by in sight. Had a spare tyre but no idea how to change. Was miles from home and couldn’t get anyone out to help me and I didn’t have any breakdown cover. No one stopped to help. Tried a few companies first but they did not do mobile work or only did by appointment. I was very flustered. I then tried Lodge Tyres. The person I spoke to was friendly and reassuring and he managed to arrange for someone to come out to me within about 30 minutes of my call. Guy was friendly, helpful and put my safety first. He changed my tyre in minutes and I was back on the road in no time. Cannot rate this company highly enough. They were definitely my heroes that day.

I had a slow puncture so phoned Tyre Lodge (found on Google) the guy who answered said yep bring the car in and we'll have a look, I arrived about ten minutes later walked into reception told them I'd just rung ,they got someone on the jog STRAIGHT AWAY I gave the guy my locking wheel nut and went back to reception to await the news usually bad these days, I was excepting the old reply of sorry mate you'll need a new tyre it can't be repaired,in my case about £200+ the guys gave info about Hydrogen instead of air, as I was curious , anyway about 5 minutes later the guy who looked at my car came into reception and said "ALL DONE" and said it was just a dodgy valve I went pay but was told NO CHARGE. I couldn't say if the same would alway happen again but it was a pleasant surprise . Thanks to all the pleasant staff I would and will recommend you ..thank you K Warwick AUDI A8
