Great lockpicks, arrived just in time, and the advice on the webpage is useful. Only downside is that there's no proper english translation of the webpage and so I had to use a translator.

They could be more client oriented in my view
I ordered one item and then another (in two separate orders) and I reached out to them to ask for shipping in one go. They only replied after shipping even though I asked in the second shipping - as a note - to ship together. Otherwise it would have been 5 starts

Thank you for your feedback. We guarantee to ship every order as quickly as possible. We regret to inform you that your note was not received. As a result, the orders were sent separately. Initially, we assumed you had deliberately placed them as two separate shipments — to receive two different deliveries.
You are right: we must pay better attention to notes. We recognise that our processing speed sometimes means we've already packed and shipped before we can adjust to a special request. We will not use that as an excuse. We will do our best to improve. Thanks for the feedback. We'll be working hard to earn back those missing stars next time.
