The team, especially Cynthia, was very lovely and quickly responded to a lot of messages. I had to change some things about my order but every change was no problem at all. Once everything was decided, my parcel was send off extremely quick. All the Funkos arrived safely and well wrapped. I'm more than satisfied with my experience, everything was perfect! :)
