Make sure you check your order fully because if you miss something,they say too bad.U order $2600 worth of stuff and didn't realize the shocks came separately.Got ready to install and noticed only 1 shock in each box. $65 @ and wanted $20 to ship each.

wrecked my 82 suburban …i got every catalog i could find ..brothers,classic industries,eckler,and,even summit..i put together numerous shopping carts …out of all of them lmc had everything…down to a bolt kit ….i got a core support ,fenders,hood , hinges ,inner fenders , lighting .battery trays ,hood locks and cable ,grill components , light buckets , light bezels,all moldings and chrome trim ,and a few other things they sent the order in 3 pieces 2 ground shipping and one on
a truck….other places charged truck frieght for each oversized part …lmc charged one time oversized fee…it was my first big order i’ve ever placed ….everything arrived timely packaged nickey no damage…and i needed the stuff quick i called and talks to customer service and they picked my order same day and shipped it out next…..i’m gonna do a whole restoration and i’m gonna only use lmc ….and one more thing i got all of the premium parts they were a dead match to oem with fitment and strength….plus at a better price point then some other places lower end body parts….def give them a try …even if you happen to find one piece at a better price somewhere else just know the quality of lmc ‘s tooling is amazing…

I emailed them to ask which hard brake lines fit my vehicle and the response I got was they couldn't help me because they weren't "licensed mechanics". I didn't ask them to fix it just tell which kit I needed. Pathetic!

I wish that I could rate these guys a 0. I ordered a back step on bumper from these guys for my 84 w100 and it wouldn't line up when trying to install it. So, I called lmc truck customer service for any brackets that would like up. They said that they had some brackets but, they wouldn't fit on my truck. What a hassle. The holes to that step bumper were way too big. I don't recommend buying anything from these guys.

Ordered a push button for a 55 ford f100 on Aug. 5th. They sent a button for a 56 ford f100. Called lmc told the first person about their online catalog has them marked wrong and asked her to look at the web site that the pics are in the wrong place. Was not good enough now im transferred to customer service tell my story all over again. Now she wants a pic of what was sent along with part number on box. So thats not good enough to make it right, she tells me that quality control has to look at it. And finally get one on Aug. 22 and its only one i ordered 2 so today have to explain too 2 people the whole story and they are going to give me credit for one. This is the worst customer service ive ever experienced. Will not buy from this place its a waste of time.

The people that take the orders in the phone were truly helpful, but the city counter people, need major improvement on customer care, from not having preorders ready at the time of pickup, to not reading the ticket and getting all the parts to over charging, and not refunding the over charge, I will be diverting most of my business to Classic from now on,, Mac, Mac's Hot Rod Shop Adel Iowa

My parts always arrived on time if not earlier than expected. They carried everything I needed plus some extra goodies. Thank you LMC Trucks. Keep up the great work and parts.

I can't praise this company highly enough. Their website is so easy to use, they always seem to have majority of parts in stock and their service has been excellent especially considering my order was an international one. i will definitely be using these guys again. Thanks.

Less than a year ago I bought a door mirror for an old Ford truck. It fit fine so recently I bought another mirror for the other side of the truck. Today when I was installing the new mirrorI took a close look at the first mirror I ordered and I realized that the chrome was rusting. So, the mirrors are crap

High priced low quality. Bad service bad product and highly priced....last order from LMC I believe.

I have ordered ma y parts from lmc was always happy until this year 2023 I ordered an alternator it said it is a gen 1 ford replacement but it didn't fit. I was told the mechanic they have said it fit then was told he was not available to talk to since he is in another state and I asked what truck he installed it on I was told I don't know. They had not clue what truck or alternator he used but they said it fit. It is smashed against the blocking gen 1 ford alternators ate the same size even if amperage is different. Was told I can't return it cause they say it fits but they also say they don't have mechanics that test fit the parts. Then was told they have all the vehicles they have parts for just to make sure they fit. Which answer is the truth. I asked them to define what an engine is and was told "there is only 1 engine under the hood" that's there definition of an engine. I did verify my engine is stock. Just be aware this company will tell you it fits when it dies not. The website says original quality but they sell you plastic when it should be metal. I rebuild classics and I'm now taking my other 3 frame up restorations to another company for parts.
The disrespect on the phone is terrible this company lost my business I had 20k per truck to order my 60k wont be spent at lmc
I was told I would get a return label for my alternator they sent me an invoice instead.

If your looking for quality parts, Do not buy from LMC Truck!! Plastic Chinese bull crap.

Hi I just bought a crome bumper not even a 1 and half old and the crome started peeling out and when I called it only had a year warranty if I would've known I would've paid the extras hundreds at the dealer for the bumper if the crome peels out I just don't know why they sell this product I won't recommend to buy crome parts from here I normally don't write a review but this time I felt like I had to

The parts they sent me was the wrong parts for my truck, the catalog is wrong, sent pics of the parts that I needed, never heard a word from them. Called and they didn't have any idea of what I was talking about. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at lmc truck. Its been 2 weeks still haven't contacted me back about the wrong parts. Want order anything again from them again unless I just can't find it nowhere else.

I would like to say that I've been a customer of Lmc truck for over 25yrs. Up until @ 2 yrs. Ago I was totally satisfied with service & quality of parts. In the last 2 yrs. I have tried to up date my electrical system in my 1976 F-100 pick up. Not one part had worked! Fuel tank sending units,4, still doesn't work,voltage regulators,4, ignition switch,2,dash circuit board 3, voltage stabilizer, 4,etc,etc. I'm a mechanic by trade. I've been chasing my tail, because of bad parts! They have been very nice& have sent me replacements...but they are from the same manufacturer. CHINA, TAIWAN, HONDURAS, AFGHANISTAN!!!...REALLY!!! I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. I can by junk at Advance or Auto Zone. Don't send me another piece of crap part until you can send me something that actually works!

I ordered 2 parts for my Tahoe, both parts were inferior in quality. Very crappy quality. Then, when I requested to return the parts, they want to charge me for return shipping charges. So with LMC you get poor quality and pi__ poor customer support.

My first time ordering from LMC. Ordered metal push button (retro style) seatbelts, as shown on their website, for a 1990 Chevy K5 Blazer. LMC sends over a newer gen plastic push button style. No big deal, I'll just return them, right?

Nope, customer service tells me they sent exactly what was on their website. After going round and round, they finally agree to send me a pre-paid shipping label so I could return. Ok, done deal, right?

Nope, LMC then decides upon receipt, that since they sent me what I ordered, that I should pay for the outbound shipping. 2nd level customer service then explains to me that the warehouse said the part was correct. Not once has someone said "let me look at the website and physically compare against what we shipped you". Very dishonest and unethical.

Painful to deal with, I wouldn't recommend unless you have no other options to get the part you need. I ended up disputing the charge with my CC at this point since the vendor (LMC) left me with no choice.

UPDATE: After disputing the charge with my CC company, I also filed a case/complaint with the BBB. The issue was successfully resolved through that channel, with LMC refunding me and finally agreeing that what they shipped to me didn’t match what was shown on their website, which they are working to resolve.

I've ordered from LMC in the past so I called prior to ordering my parts this time to check stock and to confirm when the parts would ship. I was told they would go out the next day. Not getting an email confirmation two days later I called again, I find out my parts are still not processed. It's one thing to wait some extra days on your order but when you call and are promised they will go out the next day and they don't, that's another thing. It's a shame because LMC sells good parts and their website is easy to navigate and a big help in finding the parts you need. They really need to get their act together or more and more customers will shop elsewhere.

I ordered a reasonable number of parts for my 94 chevy 1500 on the 16th of February 2023. It is now the 22 of February and Taysia D had this to say:
"Processing of all orders can take 24-72 business hours prior to leaving our facility, the parts are in stock." Meanwhile, all of my other parts (different vendors) have arrived. I didn't expect for these items to get here quick, but an entire week is a little excessive.😒

Updarte:

All parts arrived this past weekend in one piece. They may have been bad on the communication but when the parts all show up and are correct, I call that a win.

I ordered parts for a truck I'm rebuilding on the internet and couldn't be happier I received all my parts in 7 days and didn't pay a dime for shipping because I had a big order I have looked over every part and everything looks to be good quality very few parts I received was made in china which in my opinion is a good deal this is my first order from lmc and have had a very good experience will order from lmc again
