Having just renewed my house insurance I had the pleasure of dealing with Lucy & Adam who both were very nice & polite & went through everything with me & didn’t rush me & asked if I understood everything & if I didn’t it was no problem for them explain it again

We recently had some new equipment installed at our practice on a lease, and needed to confirm with the leasing company that the machinery was properly insured. Unfortunately for me I found out that my annual renewal premium had gone about by almost 250% due to a generalised insurance industry reassessment of my risk category (I live on a 10 acre small holding with several outbuildings). Alisha Oaten worked tirelessly to get me the best deal possible within a tight deadline and was very understanding of my predicament.
