Great availability, they have a live diary even as your booking to go ahead. The Report is detailed coupled with the follow up call was really useful. I would've just liked some high level estimate costs in addition to the issues highlighted.

Decided to get in touch with London & Kent Surveyors after seeing such great reviews online. From start to finish communication was great. The survey itself picked up on all areas required, and an added bonus of having some close up images taken of the roof via a drone. Other surveyors do not offer this service. Quick turn around on the report, had the results within 3 working days which you can't argue with. Was offered a follow up call to discuss the report and whilst we haven't needed to do that, great to even have the option.

The whole experience was impeccable from start to finish. Everything is organised in a hassle-free way and the service covers all aspects of the survey, including a call with the surveyor to discuss the findings. The price reflects the comprehensive service provided. The report was prepared in line with RICS standards, and the survey also included a roof inspection with a drone, which many surveyors charge for separately. I would definitely use L&K Surveyors again if I were purchasing another property.

Was very good service I received. Competitive price, used a drone, surveyed quickly, arranged access with the agents no problem, provided a very comprehensive report with lots of pictures and had a very nice chat with the surveyor who was able to reassure me. I would/will recommend

We were very happy with the service provided. We found the report to be much more detailed and helpful than ones produced by other companies we had used in the past. It was great to be able to have a follow up call, and Kieran was helpful with responding to our questions.

Easy to book. Very helpful to have the drone survey to inspect the roof. The report was written well overall, although there were a couple of sections where it wasn’t clear which specific areas were being referred to. However all this was cleared up on the follow up call with Samuel which was very good. Would recommend.

We are nervous first time home buyers and L&K made the process so easy for us.

I called to chat with apx 10 survey companies (overkill, I know), but the property we wanted to buy was period and we were nervous.

L&K was in the top end for price, but I am so happy we decided to spend the extra £150. The drone photos are a wonderful addition, and they truly were willing to spend the time BEFORE we booked talking to me about their approach. For the survey (RICS level 3), Samuel was incredibly thorough, and it helped us negotiate repairs to the house. On the free follow up call (which 1000% sign up for), he helped talk me through everything I didn't understand and get an idea of what was most important and in what timeframe.

I highly recommend them. Booked for the following week, report back 5 workings days (1 week) later. 10/10 recommend.

I picked up this firm for a RICS Level 3 survey of a flat I am buying. While they were not the cheapest, it was clear that unlike others they would do a thorough job by for example sending a drone to inspect the roof of the property. Booking the survey was seamless, as was sending information such as photos taken during my second viewing. The results were extremely comprehensive and I had a fantastic discussion with Kieran who surveyed the property to decide on my next steps.
Highly recommended because of their attention to detail, they left no single stone unturned!

Very good, actually highlighted mistakes on an EPC that led to a building's classification being changed from non standard construction to verified cavity. Auditor talked through the approach and the verification. Report very thorough and useful.

We instructed London & Kent Surveyors for a RICS Level 3 survey and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

What really set them apart from the outset was the instant pre-desktop report. This was incredibly helpful and gave us early clarity on the property, which gave us the confidence to move forward and ultimately select London & Kent Surveyors for the full survey. That initial insight was reassuring and demonstrated their experience and professionalism straight away.

The full Level 3 survey was extremely thorough, clearly structured, and well explained. Potential issues were identified honestly but always put into context, with practical and sensible recommendations rather than alarmist language. It was clear the surveyor has strong expertise, particularly with older and extended properties.

The report has been invaluable in helping us properly understand the condition of the house and in guiding discussions with our solicitor. Communication throughout was prompt and professional, and the turnaround time was excellent.

We had a survey on a property we were purchasing. The booking was easy, it was reasonably priced, the survey was done within a short space of time. The report came only 4 ish days later, it was very detailed and informative and extremely helpful with making final future decisions regarding the property.

We are extremely happy with the service we’ve received from London & Kent Surveyors during our recent home survey. Throughout the whole process, the communication received was great and they kept us updated at all times. We found the portal very easy to use and beneficial to see the progress of our survey. The final report was very comprehensive, detailed yet easy to understand. The pictures taken were very high quality. And the done photos were extremely useful in identifying areas on the roof which could not be seen from ground level. We had a post survey call with our surveyor which was very informative and reassuring. Overall an outstanding service and would highly recommend using London & Kent surveyors.

The survey was paid for and booked in for a week later.
Met the surveyor at the property on the day and he did it all in about an hour.
Received the survey about six days later and read it all through. Selected pictures were removed upon request.

Survey included the current property valuation as well, which was extra.
